"Always have problem resolving minor issue on billing. This I believe incase of major issue like insurance claim is going to be very difficult. "

"Adjusters use preferred contractors who do very poor job of referb at absolutly outrageous prices to pad claims. If you insist on your own contractors, takes forever to get reimbersed for your expenses.
Could not recommend this conmpany to anyone. Claim placed in May and finally setteld in October on Halloween. I had never missed a payment in 21 years so I really think I deserved better service than the total lack of any consideration that I was extended. "
