"13 years insured with no claims, yet we received a cancellation of policy notice without any explaination other than we reside within a now expanded wind & hail area. We're 9+ miles from the coast in a non-flood area in a all brick home. Here's a case of being in "good hands" off. "

"Very high rates for wind/hail on the roof. SO I paid more for my deductable that they paid on my claim. Plus a hassle to work with.
My husband got hit during an ice storm and since we didn't have comp/collision and the teenage driver was also covered by Allstate, they placed blame on my husband but wouldn't pay us any money. Now, the accident is on his record and it is causing trouble as we look to find a new company."
