"Allstate is a horrible company. Once you file a claim, you are the enemy and they will take every available step to deny it. All the hail-damaged houses in our neighborhood sport new roofs except the ones covered by Allstate. "

"They do pay sometimes which is more than can be said for most insurance companies, but after almost 30 years of being with them we made a claim and they screwed us completely. AS others so often say, they want your money, but short you on payment. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to one of their "approved" shops...then BOTH the shop AND allstate work to screw you together."
