"I had an auto claim against this company which was not my fault. this company didn't want to pay for my claim. i found customer service and claims to be unresponsive, rude, they lie and do not want to pay claims or rental cars. I've reported them to the NYS Insurance Dept I hate them Do Not use them at all."
