"You people complaining apparently are nuts. Every insurance company has turnover, as only 75% of the people make it in the industry. Also Every insurance company will drop you for multiple claims in a certain period of time. No one wants to insure a guaranteed loss or risk
You are responsible for your own premiums, so quit blaming other people. They have the lowest complaint ratio in the state of illinois with their claims service. Maybe you need to look at your autobody shop. Quit making country your scapegoat"

" Only helpful when it comes to making your payment ,always a bogus reason why they CANT pay my claim , always quick to have you call the 1- 800 number than to handle the claim themselves .I suspect my agent of not paying my premiums -but i guess i find that out when i am in jail for no coverage ! they are all crooks but what can you do . "
