"I just received a rate notification that as of Dec 1 my policy will go up 25%!! It seems like they want to gouge the customer while this health care debate is going on.
I am not sure how they feel it is ok for such a huge increase.
I have been to the doctor once this year for a regular checkup and have not had any health issues."

"The premium fees are subject to enormous increases with very little notice. I asked for a better rate with a higher deductible amount, and was told the monthly premium would be MORE than the lower deductible. Makes not sense."

"I simply wanted to add my husband to the policy. It has been over 60 days and it only takes an avearage of 30. Every week when I call I am told that it is being sent to a supervisor and/or underwriting. Yet my husband had no insurance. No one knows what is going on and keeps saying next week."

"MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Avoid at all costs. If you call them with a question, EVERY SINGLE person you talk to will have a DIFFERENT answer, and NOTHING ever gets done. "
