Everyone I talked with during the process was very nice and helpful. I have been with Arbella for 7 years and never had a problem or been treated poorly."

"Customer Service: Hopefully you will never need them, and if you do, good luck!
Billing: Paid my bill on time, the check was cashed, however, a week later I received a notice that my policy had been canceled, and two days later, came another bill???
I will be taking business elsewhere."
