"I receive this as a benefit of employment. However, the rates to add my son to the plan are prohibitive so I am shopping around for a plan for just him. "

"I work in the healthcare industry so I know
what it takes to get an insurance company to follow the rules. However, if you don't, this company can be difficult. I have this insurance as my personal insurance because I do not have a choice. I have contacted 5 different employees and have still not solved my claim issues. My advise to others is to not give up when you know you are right."

"This company only covers people who are completely healthy. If you have a hang nail from 10 years ago, they will deny you coverage.
They suck just like all insurance companies. I wished I lived in Canada were health care is free."
