"I am currently disabled. And upon filing and
completing the required statement/report and the "attending physician's report." The initial prognosis was "total disability for at least six months. Within days, I received my first monthly check. After receiving the third monthly check I received a request for another "updated attending physician's statement in order to facilitate future disbursement benefits." And I received the notice one week prior to the scheduled monthly disbursement.
After several calls to the claims department,
my claim is still "under review!"
I WILL SUE AND GET THIS MESSAGE "GOOGLE!"

"My dealings with Assurity have always been positive. Good people to work with."

"3 different times we were given incorrect information so we never changed anything, 1 time never received a response Once it was time to file a claim payment went to someone else. They did not care if incorrect information was given or not. "

"Company has perfected misdirection and delay tactics to point of causing extreme duress and inconvenience towards policy holders, families, and affected others. Definitely, in the business to profit with no empathy shown towards plight of policy holders."
