"We had two hail storms, and we're turned twice for a new roof. Out of the eight houses surrounding us six we're approved by their insurance companies to get a new roof."

"I had my radiator explode in my kitchen as a result of a faulty pressure relief valve that malfunctioned in the boiler of the upper unit in a duplex. The lower unit heat was fine and had no damage.
I got the 'run-around' from the adjuster for over 8 months - then they denied my claim when they discovered that when the heat failed (in the upper ONLY) and all the other radiators froze and cracked (over $15,000 in repairs) they denied me claiming I failed to maintain heat "in the building' (then why was the lower unit just fine??)
Bad company - thugs and cons ...worst of all the adjuster, agent and independant adjuster all are buddies that ALL used to work for Badger Mutual and altered my policy without my knowledge (rental property I purchased 7 years ago that I was in the process of fixing up to move in months before the explosion )
If you have this company RUN ! "

"I had a oak tree fall on my truck which had 1217 miles on it on july 11th it is now august 22 and there is not an estimate for repair yet!"

"I reported a break-in and theft of my belongings in the first part of July. It took forever for an adjuster to come out and do his report. Now over two months later they still have done nothing, don't return calls and keep giving me the run around. "

"Denied a hail claim twice while houses in neighborhood, next to mine, across the street got repairs. I continue to fight with them."

"Horrific. A summer hail storm decimated every rooftop in a 5 block radius. Every home on our block and across the street filed claims and had their shingles replaced. Photos showed clear evidence of damage - which their "professionals" disputed as "old" or sun damage. It was the single worst insurance experience of my life - 15 years as a homeowner."

"This company told us our policy was canceled because our house looked vacant. Of course it looks vacant during the day. Our blinds are closed because we live in Arizona and it is very hot, and my husband and I both work during the day. The lock box was still on the door because we had just purchased the house 2 weeks prior and the realtor had not come to pick it up.
They continued to send us letters telling us our insurance policy was canceled, but when I called them, they said it was fine. I called them after the last letter which said they returned our money to the bank and they told me our policy was being canceled in 3 days!
Luckily I was able to find a much better quote from another company and locked in that deal before my policy was canceled with badger. "
