Comments "Representative gave wrong information concerning policy. I was without insurance and the company read were the representative had stated that I had until Nov. 11 to pay premium. I was so upset because this was information that I did not ask for it was given to me and the next representative along with supervisor would not insure me until the next morning. "I have been with California Casualty for almost 13 years, I had to file a claim on my home in 1997 and my car was totalled in Feb 2001. In 1 hour a tow trck was at the scene, and in 2 hours I had a rental car. I was back to work 10 minutes later. An adjuster looked at my car the next day and phoned me at work to tell me it wastotalled. He asked me to get the title and send it to the company, He yold me what the valuee of the car was they sent me half of that amount immediatly so I could place a down payment on a new one when I found one.
