"I realize most people post when they are upset. Today I got a call from Informed Choice to let me know that the place my husband chose to get a scan would cost 3 or 4 times as much as another local place. They got a conference call going and authorized the scan and set the appointment for me. I did not give extremely happy rating because there are a couple of things I wish they could do for me but thankfully at least we have insurance through my husband's work. I am certainly very satisfied with phone communication. "

"Cigna is horrible to deal with. Has held claims for as long as 3 months asking my doctor to code and recode them. They keep applying bills I've paid to my deductible even though I've already met the very high deductible. They are slow and unresponsive to inquiries. Their website lists "in network" doctors who won't take their insurance. Their activity borders on fraud. Stay away"
"The Cigna Dental Insurance is always a problem. Constantly deny claims the first time and then I have to call multiple times for months to get anything resolved. I even ask the dentists for upfront estimates to be sure of what will be covered and there still seems to be problems. They are the worst company to deal with. Don't use this company."
