"I was hit in a motor vehicle accident by a person who had Hanover they were terrible mt insurance company and I had to make all contact with them they NEVER returned any of my phone calls! 3 weeks after being hit they had my car looked at and totaled it and then gave me an unfair price.... All they give me is the run around and send me to their managers voice mails who again never returns my phone calls. They are extremely rude and belittle you I would never want them for my insurance company..... I haven't even dealt with the medical bills portion and I am scared of what awaits me with dealing with that! "

"strongly lack in support for its customers. They do not send out proof of insurance you must go out of your way to aquire it. They also do not have a 24/7 proof phoneline, like all the large companies. Also in order to pay your insurance you have to pay a bill ontop of that, they charge you to pay. Its rediculous this is a terrible company and thank god i have not had to use a claim through them im sure they would give me a horrible run around and ultimately leave me unhappy."

"Car Insurance...Hanover is not the right option, I had an accident severely hurt, they totaled my car delayed peyments for 2 months. Even tough you are not at fault. Constomer service is so bad. Accidents might happen to any one, Well.. that's the point of having Insurance. Hanover insurance added more pain to me."
