"Liberty was great! My local agent helped me thru the entire claims process. My car was totaled in the end but Liberty paid Gap insurance and I was able to get an upgrade!!

"i have been disabled due to severe depression bi-polar diorder, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, i cant afford any meds no money and ofcourse liberty mutual,denied my short term they allowed for 1 month they now said there case nurse looked at it and over rode the dr.! wow i neverknew a nurse had the athority to do that!the nurse said the dr. is not trying to cure me!HELLO THERE IS NO CURE! IN THE MEAN TIME WE ARE SUFFERING!WHAT A BIG BUNCH OF LIARS!!!AND SPECTRUM HEALTH WORKERS THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FROM YOUR BENIFITS!!"
