"I have been with State farm for 14yrs. on an auto policy and found out recently that they have NOT given me by homeowners discount for the entire time I was insured with them and they claim that they just started giving home owners insurance discount in the last 2 years so they are trying NOT to credit my account in full. Very disappointed with this company and treating the loyalty of good customers so I truly need to take my business elsewhere."

"Would not receive ID cards until months after current ones expired. Told by agent not his responsibility to provide it was corporate issue. No help from corporate. Policy was mistakenly cancelled by an agent that was not mine and went four days uninsured without knowing even though the policy was paid up in full through auto deduct from checking account for three years with no missed payment or claims filed. Very very very poor customer service. "
