"Had an auto accident where the driver passed out and they had knowledge driver had recieved medical and never notified us that they were responsible. To many teams to have to work with. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing."

"Premiums are high, but have never had any issues with them. Staff has always been friendly and helpful."

"pipes froze in forced hot water system when a fuse blew while we were on vacation. Many many burst pipes in the walls. SF paid for everything! Even the frozen house plants were replaced!Great service! SF had people in my house that day and contractors the next.They put us up in a motel till the pipes were repaired. Great service from everyone."
