"I live in a small town and I believe some agency can be rude,but I have been with the same company for over 15 years.Have had all type of claims and NEVER had a problem.If you build a personal relationship with your agent they do really care about the person"

"A new agent took over the business of my long-time agent. He has his large picture ad on the back of public buses and calls and sends letters bugging for me to purchase other services. Rates have gone up for the first time in years with no claims."

"Took 5 months to get my car back from repair facility due to repeted use of aftermarket parts that did not fit. Also, the time for the faciity to get the Adjuster back out to the shop.
Also, my Agent would not(could not) help...I had to call the National Call Center and talk with whomever!"
