"My water heater broke. My house flooded. I came home 1 1/2 weeks later. My kitchen floor is so rough I can't walk on it with bad back. My only means of pain control is a spa, which got detroyed in flood. Insurance company put me on hold for 10 month then denied my claim. I I've been in the street for ten months. I own my home but can't get a loan until home is fixed. I can't get insurance to fix until I pay for repair. I spent my money to limit damage but didn't get reinburst by insurance. This really sucks. Never payoff your home or you will be left in the streets....."
