"they explained to me what I was entitled to then after making promises as to the claim they reneged on and lied. When I filed a complaint with the state their response was pure lies. The reasons for not paying what they were supposed to are a moving target and change with every time they open their mouths."
"My home burned down. Adjuster never contacted me despite numerous attempts to file the claim. When I finally got a name and phone number I called and it seemed to go smoothly after 3 months she was supposed to call me to discuss expenses for the following next 3 months that were supposed to be covered. Suddenly everything she promised and said was part of the policy gone. She never called me as promised then when I called her she gave me an excuse about where I was currently staying. When I contacted her boss I got a cold nasty email. When I filed a complaint with the state they responded with a letter that was nothing but lies. I never actually got a printed policy only one that was online that didn't actually explain anything. I relied on what the adjuster told me then reneged on. The reasoning they are using is a moving target. It changes with every response.Don't bother with this company. You won't actually get what you pay for."

"Our adjuster was a flat out liar. Backed out on paying for water damage to our home. Stating he never said he would pay for water damaged cabinets. He said I must of misunderstood what he said. Instead of replacing water soaked sheet rocked just covered it up with plaster mud. Water rings bleeding right through. Again I misunderstood it was being replaced. Refused to replace livingroom carpet. Water had run six to eight feet under capet. Carpet had stayed wet for 5 days and smelled so bad it impossible to sleep in the house. All they would do is put a fan under the carpet. Stating it is dry now. Nothing further will be done. We have been with the company for 10 years. They claim to be a mutual company owned by the policy holders. Well so much for being a owner. We got taken to the cleaners. It seems to be ok that our premiums have gone up 108% during this time. "
"Very unfair. No compassion for someone going through a tornado disaster. Drags out claims and sends claim checks to wrong addresses. "
