"I purchased my medicare supplement and life insurance from Great American because the sales agent was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Agents from other companies came to visit me but I felt like they just wanted my money. The agent from Great American took the time to listen to what I needed and actually recommended something that cost less than what I was going to purchase because it was more suitable to my needs. I recommend all my friends to my Great American agent."

"They have had an annuity for over 20 years and refuse to honor my wishes - -have set up many paperwork roadblocks -- reneged on promises--

"Great American Life Insurance is quick to accept your annuity money but makes it almost impossible to get your money out. They put up roadblocks and change their version of what you need to do to roll your money over to an IRA with another company."
