term life policy for 4 months & they can't make
a decision because they want to know when the most recent blood work was done. The most recent was their own paramedic! No wonder their stock is at 90 cents.

"although after 6 months they finally agreed to pay the claim on a long term care policy, the wait and the amount of anxiety they caused for the claiments was unnecessary and uncalled for. they would ask for information, it would be provided, and they would ask for the same information again and again. seems like you really have to fight for your rights with this company. "

"when they took over GE raised my rate 55%
now 2008 they want to raise it another 65%
from $212 a quarter to $383

try to phone them and can't get through the automated system. Very poor customer service"

"We bought this loser as an investment with a death insurance policy . It has been a terrible loser since we invested in it. After 4 years it was just about back to being even with what we began then this financial mess happened and it is now 40% of it's purchase price."
