"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE rude unhelpful. Told me I was wrong over and over again on the phone when that was not the case. Had my new financial group deal with them because they were so rude and unhelpful. would not recommend them to anyone. "

"They seriously need to update their providers list -- Most of the numbers were changed and providers were out network .
