"I have HealthNet for a number of years and have had nothign but a great experience. Two of my children were diagnosed with illnesses that required surgeries and extensive Speach and Occupational therapy. We neve had a problem in getting the services needed. They also covered perscription formula for when they were babies, and all medical supplies for one of our shilds feeding tube. Never had any issues with payments or pre-authorization!"

"This is the worst health insurance in the whole world. DO NOT under any circumstances use this insurance."

"They do everything they can to keep fom paying claims, both to doctors's offices as well as patients. They are okay with routine costs, but if you get sick or injured, they will do everything they can not to help. Their appeals process its not transparent - their in-house doctors reject things as being "Medically unneccessary" despite having two or three doctor's refuting it. They will cover surgery, but they are terrible about PT before or after."

"Refused to cancel my policy, in spite of numerous requests. Instead, kept billing me. Charges were not authorized. Unwilling to resolve the matter and forced me to go through a broker (eHealthinsurance) to resolve the situation, instead of resolving the error directly themselves. Extremely unprofessional, corrupt."
