"I have been with farmers for almost 3 years never had any citations nor accidents. Was paying less than 85 now having to pay 112.50 I don't think so I'm glad I switched today."

"Two Kitchen base cabinets damaged from dishwasher leak. Told by company agent that Farmers is not responsible for matching the replacement cabinets wood finish with the existing cabinets The worst company and service I ever experienced. "

"Very high rates that keep going up even though I have had no claims and I now find out they are the worst rated company by their customers. I am changing to a more respectable company. They have not appreciated my business and I have never had claims. How do they stay in business"

"I've had Farmers Ins Group for about 40 years and have always been very satisfied. This year for the first time we had to have our glass patio door replaced and it was done in just a few days. We carry the glass coverage so there was no out of pocket for us. Even though there were sever phone calls since not many people carry the home glass coverage."

"I filed one auto claim in almost 30 years with Farmers that involved about 3000 worth of damage on my Honda. They paid very promptly- and then doubled my premiums I immediately went looking for another insurer."
