"An insurance company can only be judged by how they treat you when you make a claim. This company will give you the run around and make you fight to collect. I paid premiums for 15 years and when I needed them they treated me like an adversary. "

"Dealing with Farmers agents was worse than the accident itself!! When handling my claim, the claim adjusters were very unprofessional, I felt bullied, taken advantage of, and lied to. They told me that the claim would be handled in a certain way, then part way through the process they said that they would be handling it in a different manner - in a way that would leave me with CONSIDERABLE bills and leave Farmers paying less. When I brought this up with our Farmers agent, he was unable to be of any help AT ALL. It has been a HORRIBLE experience overall!"

"I was not happy with their auto adjuster. Had the other party whom was involved in the collision paid, their insurance would have paid a higher amount to fix my auto with superior parts. It turned out that Farmers fixed my car and the other party involved go his fixed by their insurance. I was just amazed that the adjuster from the other insurance would have made me whole, when Farmers would not......"
