"The claims coverage with this company is terrible. Any possibility of another party being responsible for the bill immediately results in a harassing letter demanding an explanation of the injury or illness. A phone number is provided, however, hours are limited to those that most people normally work and are unable to hold indefinitely waiting for a representative not to be "assisting other customers"."

"Humana ia just to cover the light headache one could have comparing to asking a Dr. to give an EKG and check for a stroke. It is the most pittifull over the counter of a health insurance I have ever encountered in my life!!!
Yes I will change and no I will never recommend it and have not and have explained to friends to get a far better insurance."
