"They were easy to file a claim with but they had provided incorrect information about my rental coverage. They told me I was covered but I wasn't. That ended up being a fiasco. They did some right by honoring their word but only partially. They said they'd take care of the reimbursement but it looks like they only reimbursed me for half the time because they felt it was "reasonable". I would've made different decisions if I had not been given incorrect information from these reps. Bad company to do business with. Better stick with a bigger insurance company."
"first of all....how do you mistakenly take more than you were supposed to for payment out of my bank account? then...you want to take forever to send me a check.. which I still haven't gotten. liars don't answer they opt if they want to call you back that's the reason why the calls always go to voicemail please check your policy make sure you have everything you're paying for...always missing something you're supposed to have.. don't have an accident and think you're covered for anything in writing....make sure everything you are paying for is on your declarations pageask for explanations of all features of your coverage in writing. oh btw...talking to supervisors don't help they're the same way Im gone as of Monday.. Progressive is 1067.00 cheaper anyway "
