"first of all....how do you mistakenly take more than you were supposed to for payment out of my bank account? then...you want to take forever to send me a check.. which I still haven't gotten. liars don't answer they opt if they want to call you back that's the reason why the calls always go to voicemail please check your policy make sure you have everything you're paying for...always missing something you're supposed to have.. don't have an accident and think you're covered for anything in writing....make sure everything you are paying for is on your declarations pageask for explanations of all features of your coverage in writing. oh btw...talking to supervisors don't help they're the same way Im gone as of Monday.. Progressive is 1067.00 cheaper anyway "

"They do NOT answer or return calls or answer questions. Not helpful in the stressful situation of dealing with an accident. Extremely slow in processing everything lengthy time waiting for settlement. The office is only open during business hours and sometimes closed as early as noon. Seems everyone I had contact with was dissinterested in completing any part. The website is practically useless unless you want to send them money. Information is not updated leavign you to try to call to find where things stand but they do not answer or return calls. Run away from this company any money you save is not worth it if you ever need to deal with them."
