"They do NOT answer or return calls or answer questions. Not helpful in the stressful situation of dealing with an accident. Extremely slow in processing everything lengthy time waiting for settlement. The office is only open during business hours and sometimes closed as early as noon. Seems everyone I had contact with was dissinterested in completing any part. The website is practically useless unless you want to send them money. Information is not updated leavign you to try to call to find where things stand but they do not answer or return calls. Run away from this company any money you save is not worth it if you ever need to deal with them."

"DO NOT GO WITH IFA Did I receive a lower cost? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely not I am a safe driver however I recently got into an accident my first. I cooperated and did all of the steps I was told to do. However the rude IFA rep failed to inform me of multiple steps I needed to take in which I informed her t was my first accident and that I need to know all steps I must take. I had to call this is no exaggeration 15 times to get ahold of someone. They were rude I sought after them to help me as they should and they brought to the point of tears. What could have been two weeks without a car will now be over a month. Toyota collision whom I love due to their excellent customer service informed me that IFA is by far the worst insurer they have ever had to deal with. Well that makes two of us Goodbye IFA-holes."
