"This is a BAD FAITH Insurance Company.
They will hire a law firm to get out of paying your claim. They delay looking into the matter first, then find any excuse to deny a claim. The Department of Insurance should close them down. "

"You call the adjuster for your claim and they call you back 3 days later with an attitude. It takes them 2 weeks to to get an appraiser to look at your car. Then it takes them who knows how long to pay off your car loan, because it's been over 3 weeks and they have yet to pay it off. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY THEIR IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"
