"Worst company ever Terrible horrible disgusting customer service Agents adjusters and everyone that works there are highly incompetent rude uneducated and extremely unprofessional. The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with"

"Run away. it was over a month since minor accident till I got the car fixed. Nobody calls you back. You have to chase adjuster. You have to fight for everything like a rental car."

"They do not return phone calls or emails. I have been without a vehicle for over 3 weeks.Worst part of it all I was hit by someone that ran a stop sign Let me not pay my insurance for 3 weeks and see what happens. Disgusting to say the least"
