"Reluctant to honor workman's comp claim - argumentative and confrontational insurance agent - does not return calls in a timely manner (of the insured, medical staff nor of the lawyer) and is rude and aggressive to the medical staff. Delayed approval of treatment and therapy to the detriment of the medical condition of the insured. Failed to honor the order of the Workman's Comp Commission -"

"This is a foreign based corporation practicing the lowest form of ethical standards. They violate every possible standard of good faith, they hire adjusters who are ill mannered, poorly educated, poor listeners, not above illegal actions and all around representative of the lowest form of scum in this business. The real question is why are they allowed to operate in the US?"
