Comments "I had my 401K with ING and then my employer moved it to John Hancock. John Hancock did not invest my investment as investment list I submit to them. They invest my investment as semiliar investment I had in ING. I complain to John Hancock and company broker, they didn't do anything, very bad customer service. My 401K statement from John Hancock didn't show the beginning balance when the investment transfered from ING. They explain it to me very complicated." 2008-10-25 01:56:49 EST

"We had a variable life insurance policy. when my husband passed away John Hancock said
the investment portion "lost" all money invested!!! They paid only the face amount of the policy. The premium was extremely high but the agent told my husband at 70 he would have an annuity paid to him monthly and if he passed away the investments that were made would double the face value of the policy.
