"I have been with them quite a number of years. It's kind of like a military style concept--go from one station to the next using your plastic id card. I don't mind that as long as I get cured. So far, so good!"

"Kaiser is big and I it was as if there was an assembly-line feel to it (as described by another reviewer). Then again, it's been my experience that ALL insurance companies and medical providers are like that. Taking the good with the bad, I'd have to say my entire family's experience with Kaiser is a wash. They didn't kill anyone outright (though inattentiveness and ignorance caused my father's strokes and my mother suffered for years with gallstones) which I suppose is a good thing, right?
Having said that, I knew what to expect with Kaiser and would gladly switch back - it's a MUCH better choice than HealthNet (or as I call it, HealthNot)!"

"I've had good luck w/ Kaiser. I've had a few health issues over the years and gotten great treatment. Read the negative stuff though and all I can say is "bummer!" and empathize. Like I said, I've had good luck so far. "

"I never felt so much like I was "in a system" as I did with Kaiser. The way they run things makes you feel like you are on an assembly line. Ugh! And I hated the fact that I couldn't choose my own doctors. Never again."
