"The Kaiser premiums are low but the co-pays drive you to bankruptcy. You CANNOT get a speedy appointment, even for a severe problem (e.g., incarcerated hernia, was told could not be seen by a surgeon for 9 weeks! Go to emergency room if it is a problem). Poor follow up. It is awful coverage. It used to be good but is not now. Money grabbing crooks."

"Kaiser obsesses about good health (which is a GOOD thing). They make sure that I have every test needed to maintain my health and when I get lazy and try to dodge them, they call. When I have a minor health problem, my doctor schedules me for additional testing immediately (sometimes it gets on my nerves). I LOVE KAISER"

"Orange County, California has amazing physician and hospital care. I have also spent many years in Los Angeles, San Diego and Santa Clara counties. Los Angeles and San Diego counties was very poor care. Santa Clara county I found acceptable."
