"Pray that nothing ever goes wrong. Customer service with this company is non-existant! They go out of their way to not answer your questions, typically ignoring most if not all of them."

"I have spent an inordinary amount of time trying to have the company take ownership of an ongoing issure surrounding my husband's life policy. Supposedly, the company uses "conservative assumptions" when providing guaranteed values....my husband's policy is no where near the projected values, no one at the company will step up and provide a detailed expanation....all we seem to get is a wishy washy letter that hopes and prays we just "go away".....well, I'm not done yet! Have already complained via the ombudsman at GWL/LL...no luck....next step the CHL Insurance Commissions of Ontario...and so on!"
