Insurance Carrier: Usaa
Had wind problem during storm. They sent adjuster; adjuster said pay. They called another adjuster who said no installation problems. Called another adjuster, said don't pay. That is the one the insurance carrier went with.

Unlike most of the companies we hear complaints about, USAA has a reputation for being a terrific company. We suggest a few things: 1. Write a polite letter to the VP for Claims at USAA, to substantiate the cause of the damage setting forth the facts; attach any letter you got from the adjuster and include one or two photos. 2. Consult a public adjuster.
