Insurance claim denied what do I do next   Insurance claim denied what do I do next my friends 16-year-old daughter backed into my car and left the scene without telling anybody later that evening I noticed the damage I called her mother she said she would check the car out when she came home to days later I want to the house and checked it here with the image to the car and her car I did not file please report because she left the scene and I didn’t want her to get in trouble but I did call the insurance company come Monday and tell them what happened and they told me they couldn’t file a claim after two weeks of calling them every day because her grandparents the policyholder Denied liability for the accident so I filed a claim with my insurance who then denied it because I do not have a coverage and then ran a check on their insurance couldn’t find any insurance so then I called back to the agent demanding a exclamation why they would not File A claim for me and ended up getting the policy info soI called my insurance company back and asked them to file a claim for me through their insurance which was done and now a month later they are denying my claim because the 17-year-old said she didn’t do it even though there is sufficient as evidence that she did After the agent screwed me around for two weeks then I went down to the police station and tried to file a report but it has been 14 days so I was not able to I guess you’re in though he told me he would file it but he didn’t
