Travel Insurance Q & As

Question 24 of 42 in Overview
What does airline travel delay insurance cover?
If you are delayed for more than a stipulated number of hours because of events described in your policy, such as common carrier delays; traffic accidents; weather conditions; lost or stolen money or travel documents; natural disasters; terrorism; etc., you will be paid the benefits provided by your policy.

These benefits will usually include money to help you to return home or rejoin your trip. They may also include compensation for any unused and nonrefundable portion of your trip.
