"I was at fault in a minor accident, Geico refused to pay for the damages to the other vehicle, even though I have never made a claim before. I ended up being sued for the damages, AND the court costs, and lost. What was I paying Geico for NEVER AGAIN GEICO"

"One of their clients drove into my vehicle while I was at work on October 2. Today is October 28 and I still do not have a rental vehicle and have only been able to talk with my auto damage evaulator once. I am extremely displeased with their service. They're slow, show little evidence of communication between agents, and aim do their best at making a already frustrating process even more frustrating."

"Have made two major claims. The first one we did not realize that Geico was even responsible passengers in someone else's car, in another state, and they weren't to blame, but Oregon law says our car insurance is on the hook for damages. Geico was fine to work with then, mostly because it was in conjunction with two other insurance carriers Farmers and USAA where they were splitting the settlement three ways. Then we bought a new car, and 90 days later it was totaled by someone with Geico insurance. They refuse to look at the physical evidence which makes it clear that we were not to blame. They aren't making us whole, not communicating with us. When I was speaking with the adjustor... OUR adjustor, he kept taking the other person's side, telling me what the road to MY job looks like, because he saw a satellite photo...and of course someone 25% of the way through an intersection, turning left and t-boning out car was NOT to blame.... when the person turning yields the right-of-way. In any case we're out one car, one deposit on the car, and will be changing insurance companies because we're clearly NOT in good hands with Geico."
