"Geico is the worest bunch of liars. I assumed I had Uninsured Motorist coverage, but I wasn't offered the deductible waiver. Unfortunately hit by a drunk driver with No Insurance 3 months into my 6 month policy. When you need them they don't have any responsibility to waive my deductible because I didn't get the Waver I wasn't offered. They are deceptive crooks who use sorry like it's going out of style. Sorry but we can't help you."

"A little disappointed because they play the same game as all other insurance companies. The rate I got when I started with them was incredible, then every renewal period it climbs higher Higher and I have never put in an auto claim. Their quote for homeowners was higher than I pay now as well. Really thought they'd have a better deal to get a customer with Auto Home."

"I had fraudulent activity on my checking account in August had been issued a new checking account with my credit union. Geico charged me a 20 return fee because I made an error did not update the new checking info. I asked the first representative if she could waive the fee as a one time courtesy I was advised it could not be done. I then requested a supervisor was put on hold for 20 minutes was told she was looking for one that they're going to tell me the same thing. I was then cold transferred to another representative not in retention or a supervisor was told the fee could not be waived. I requested a supervisor for the second time. I was then transferred to a supervisor named ######## I explained my situation again. She had no empathy refused to refund the charge. I was then told to contact my financial institution to see if they could waive the fee. I have a good payment record with Geico don't feel I was treated properly. I will not be renewing my policy. Terrible customer service"
