"HORRIBLE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE They have recently messed my daughter all around. She is working to put herself through school and this company was told that when she filed the claim and yet they have taken their good old time about getting an adjuster here to look at the car. On top of that she just got her paper work from them yesterday that SHE has to fill out and send back to them to even get the process rolling on getting her car fixed. She hit the deer and called them the same day to report it. That was OVER 20 DAYS AGO"

"They were easy to file a claim with but they had provided incorrect information about my rental coverage. They told me I was covered but I wasn't. That ended up being a fiasco. They did some right by honoring their word but only partially. They said they'd take care of the reimbursement but it looks like they only reimbursed me for half the time because they felt it was "reasonable". I would've made different decisions if I had not been given incorrect information from these reps. Bad company to do business with. Better stick with a bigger insurance company."

"first of do you mistakenly take more than you were supposed to for payment out of my bank account? want to take forever to send me a check.. which I still haven't gotten. liars don't answer they opt if they want to call you back that's the reason why the calls always go to voicemail please check your policy make sure you have everything you're paying for...always missing something you're supposed to have.. don't have an accident and think you're covered for anything in writing....make sure everything you are paying for is on your declarations pageask for explanations of all features of your coverage in writing. oh btw...talking to supervisors don't help they're the same way Im gone as of Monday.. Progressive is 1067.00 cheaper anyway "

"They do NOT answer or return calls or answer questions. Not helpful in the stressful situation of dealing with an accident. Extremely slow in processing everything lengthy time waiting for settlement. The office is only open during business hours and sometimes closed as early as noon. Seems everyone I had contact with was dissinterested in completing any part. The website is practically useless unless you want to send them money. Information is not updated leavign you to try to call to find where things stand but they do not answer or return calls. Run away from this company any money you save is not worth it if you ever need to deal with them."

"DO NOT GO WITH IFA Did I receive a lower cost? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely not I am a safe driver however I recently got into an accident my first. I cooperated and did all of the steps I was told to do. However the rude IFA rep failed to inform me of multiple steps I needed to take in which I informed her t was my first accident and that I need to know all steps I must take. I had to call this is no exaggeration 15 times to get ahold of someone. They were rude I sought after them to help me as they should and they brought to the point of tears. What could have been two weeks without a car will now be over a month. Toyota collision whom I love due to their excellent customer service informed me that IFA is by far the worst insurer they have ever had to deal with. Well that makes two of us Goodbye IFA-holes."

"Company is horrible. Does not answer your calls. Straight to voicemail everytime you call. They say they will call you right back and NEVER do. WORST COMPANY. I have been waiting over 30 days now to get my car replaced. Disgusted. "

"worst customer service with oddest rules and policies. They are unprofessional and hard to work with. Cheap premium but not worth it. They are also up on your business. I just hated to call them everytime. Will probadly switch my insurance to somewhere else. "

"The WORST insurance company to deal with, it took them TWO months to get me check for my car demage that was not my fault at ALL. When you call the company NO ONE ANSWERS the phone calls and take them a week to get back to you. The apprisal is taken aout of seling much under market price and when you ask them where that price came from NO ONE HAS THE ANSWER. I STRONGLY recomend do not ever insure you vehicle with them sooner or later you will regreat it, maybe in the beginning they will give you lower price but the you will suffer 10 times."

"They are the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to buisness with. They cancelled my policy with out notice. They never call back, transfer you around, make you leave messages, if you do speak to them they are very rude and useless. They requested information so I faxed the documents on two different occasions of course they recieved the check but nothing else, sounds fishy doesnt it. The only person I would recommend this company to is my worst enemy, honestly I dont even think I could be that cruel. This company needs a class action law suit brought against them for mental stress, unlawful buisness dealings, and plainly said ignorance."

"Way to small of a company to give any options, probably their office is at someones car garage. They never answer the phone or emails. Someone in my building had car insurance with them, and they (IFA) insisted and wanted me to collect and provide them with that information Policy number, etc) or they will cancel my car insurance. I had no idea of who those people were and was not going to ask them for private information. I canceled my policy, this company does not make any sense"

"Great small company for insurance. They always answer my questions fully. Please keep in mind that this is a smaller NJ/PA ONLY company so do not expect calls to always be answered fast. Over-all I am happy."

"This company has some very very ODD rules. my car was stolen and i reported a stolen car. As i only had a liability insurance, i do not expect anything to receive from them. But they wanted me to pay for 30 more days after the car is stolen and still they are saying that they will not pay if the car is involved in any accident during this time. WOWW.. they want the money for to insure the car for 30 days while not being ready to pay anything for that insurance."

"Customer Service Sucks!!!! They never get back to you. You get conflicting statements about why your policy goes up even though you have never gotten a parking ticket."
