"Currently filing a claim. After speaking to the adjuster three different times day of the accident, they still have the date of the accident incorrect. It's been over a month. We've gotten a lawyer in the process. I've currently been on hold waiting to speak to someone for over an hour regarding a status update of my claim. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced."

"The company and supervisors just clean their hands when their customers have an issue that it was because of them fault. The customer service does not explain well to the clients. There is a bad comunication. So, if you have any issue in future caused by their fault, for example your account was overdrawn because they didn't explain to the customer that any update into the account has to be 5 business day prior your draft day they are just going to clean their hands and to do nothing. You can request them to listen your recorded call to confirm their incompetence and they are not going to do anything. The supervisors just says I am sorry for the inconvenience but can not reimbursment the fee of the overdrawn. What type of business is this That's why they are going to lose clients every day. I definitely do not recomend you this insurance. One more thing, is that after 6 month they increase your rates without a previus advise."

"I feel the same way other people feel about infinity. they treat customers like you are criminal going as far as trying to take your life away for little or nothing. I don't even sleep good no more because of them chasing me around for no reason."

"This "Company" has treated my boyfriend I as if we were crimals commiting fraud to their company. Ridiculous They dug up information about my boyfriend I that they had no business looking up. And the claims adjuster was talking to us as if we were imbeciles. All because of a simple accident that could have been resolved in a week max."

"Insurers BEWARE I filed a claim with infinity due to a minor accident where no one was injured. Because the accident happened in New York they interrogated me like I was trying to defraud their company. Now I know that their are people who live in other states and use PA TO GET CHEAPER INSURANCE But this is not the case for me When they asked that I provide proof of residence I submitted proper proof and two different forms. You would think that would be it. But no they then proceeded to interrogated me about who lives in my house how old my children were what school they went to who my cell phone carrier was how long I've been with them where do I work what's my supervisors name and number what's my landlords name and number where i file my taxesand the harassment went on and on until I could no longer take the investigator any longer I promptly asked him if he was going to honor my claim since I submitted the proper paper work they asked me to provide at which point he continued to bombard me with insulting questions like I was some kind of criminal There trying to find any reason not to pay on this claim. It's a shame they they treat their customers like criminals But that's what I get for trying to save a few dollars You really do get what you pay for"

"This is a fraudulent company that will lie or do any thing not to pay a claim. Having insurance with them is like not having insurance they say they can cancell a policy in the first 60 days for any reason. Worst crooks ever"

"Do not get return calls get put on hold for 10 minutes at a time no respect. Attitudes from Management say they are busy with other customers sorry I thought it went accordingly to first come not the fact if your vehicle is running or not. Florida Law is 30 days for a claim they have crossed the line now. Seek an attorney and let the better business know as well as the insurance commissioners office know of your complaint maybe they will not have their Insurance License in the State of Florida renewed again... "

"Claim still not settled after 6weeks. Company trying very hard not to pay claim. After being with them for about 2 1/2 years. Absolutely the worst insurance company. I also do not understand how they are still in business."

"this company does not return calls and makes you do the work to locate the police report and fax it to them you also have to deal with the other persons insurance even though the accident is not your fault. I have had the worst experience with this company missed appointments for the adjuster and just overall unable to reach a live person EVER!!!!"

"Probably one of the WORST auto insurance companies around. I can’t count how many un returned calls and voicemails. Out of the numerous people I dealt with only 1 was very good, the rest made my experience awful! Don’t cheap out, spend the extra $$ and go with a better insurance company. I know I will. Just my $0.02."

"Infinity fraudulently changed the estimated value on my application after I reported a claim.The company they use to determine value of the vehicle also low balls the value to match the value they forged on my application..This company is a bunch of criminals that will stop at nothing to keep from paying a claim..BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY>>>DO NOT USE"

"BEWARE !!! I had an expensive car stolen during my policy with Infinity.. INFINITY treated me like I stole the car myself.. They hired a Law Firm to find Any Loop hole to get out of paying the Claim.. I never got a Dime, and they Canceled my Policy.. I hope that Infinity Rots In HELL !!! "

"they tend to drag there feet when dealing with a claim while trying to find every loop hole on trying not to pay out a valid claim. I have full coverage and they suck! I would never refer anyone to them!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"Hidden payment installment fees. In addition, make sure you either make online payments or mail your payment on time, as you will Be charged 5.00 for an in-office payment. Used to be insured by Allstate for 7 years and never had to pay to pay my bill. "

"15+ minute wait times to speak with someone. They do not support having different coverages on two vehicles on the same policy. I asked for a quote on a new car while shopping, and they went ahead and added it to my policy. 50 Dollars to cancel the policy. At the time of this writing I have been working with them to resolve a payment dispute. They sent the payment to collections after they said they would review the case and get back to me. If they offered me FREE insurance I would not use this company. "

"You call the adjuster for your claim and they call you back 3 days later with an attitude. It takes them 2 weeks to to get an appraiser to look at your car. Then it takes them who knows how long to pay off your car loan, because it's been over 3 weeks and they have yet to pay it off. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY THEIR IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1"

"I had not ever claimed before-I had a small glass chip and did a conference call with the glass company and Infinity claims-the claims department set up a claim and never mentioned that an adjsuter would call me and the vehicle had to be inspected. The glass company fixed the small window chip and billed $50. Then I got voice mails from an adjuster-then an appraiser-I could not get in touch with the appraiser he left an invalid phone number that would take me back to a general voice mail. Finally I get the adjuster on the phone and she rips on me good-asking me if I had ever read my insurance policy-that I did the repairs with out inspection -that she doesnt work or care about the glass company-she denied the claim and later I found for their office records she put that I withdrew the claim-I felt like that was fraud. It was a small $50 window chip and they were so rude and looking for any out - I could not imagine if had a major claim with this sneaky company. "

"Infinity has to be the ABOSLUTE WORST insurance company i've ever dealt with in my life! I work for a company and I’ve a few of our auto claims and never experienced anything like I did with Infinity. I don't know where to begin... My boyfriend was involved in a car accident with my car, in which, he WAS NOT at fault. I filed a claim under my policy (which is also under Infinity—you would think you’d get treated with respect), but i was informed that they could not repair my damages because my boyfriend was excluded from my policy. So, i filed a claim under the policy of the person who hit me, especially b/c he was at fault and he should pay for my damages. I basically did all the leg work for what i thought would be my claims rep's. job. It took about 3 weeks for me to finally speak to the other parties claims representative, only because i had to call her manager TWICE! So finally after weeks, she took my boyfriends statement of the accident, took pictures of my car, and contacted her insured to get his statement of the accident. (Yep, her insured didn’t even bother to report the accident.) Again a day or two passed and i had to call her back to get the status of the claim and she said she would give me a call back with her determination of the claim. Within 30 minutes she returned my call (fast eh?, wonder why), letting me know that they WILL NOT pay for the damages to my car. Her reasoning was there was no 3rd party witness to the accident and she has to protect her insured, so she's taking her insured statement of the accident, over mine. The most frustrating thing about it is, her insured account of the accident makes NO sense and any reasonable person (even a 5 yr old) would know that his account of the accident makes no sense at all! The damages to his car or my car are NOT consistent with his story! I provided her with the reference number the police that had given us, but she said it's just a reference number and doesn't state who's at fault! My boyfriend had to go to the police station and pay for the report to be mailed to us. Lo-n-behold, we receive the report and it CLEARLY states who's at fault! It amazes me how idiotic this person IS! I would NEVER! EVER! recommend Infinity to anyone! Beware of shady, untrained, ignorant claims adjusters who obviously do not know what they’re doing! Don't give up if you have a claim against Infinity! File a report with your State’s Insurance Commissioner so they can be investigated. Infinity is considered a sub-standard insurance company. They will insure anyone, but they target the people that can't get insurance anywhere else b/c of dui's, excessive accidents, tickets, etc. It's just a shame that i didn't know about this when i started my policy. I have NO TICKETS OR ACCIDENTS! The ONLY reason I only started my policy with Infinity is b/c they were the cheapest and my broker didn’t mention anything bad about them. You definitely get what you pay for! It’s just a shame that you don’t know how good your insurance company is, until you get into an accident. "

"Someone rear-ended us in September of 2007. The person gave the police invalid insurance information [his parents most likely switched companies on him without letting him know.] Infinity came out in 3 days to look at our car, and we got a check a few days later for the damages, less our 1000$ deductible. The problem is, they made absolutely no attempts to contact the responsible party. We should not have to pay a dime for an accident that we didn't cause. It has been almost 5 months now and we just took our car in to get fixed because we've been waiting around for them to call the responsible party to verify valid insurance information. They advised us not to call the person, otherwise I would have done it by now. They are doing absolutely nothing about this. I make phone calls and each person's answering machine message says to call their manager if they don't return the phone calls, then when I call the manager's, their messages say to call their manager, and so on. Another thing is, when we moved to a different county, they raised our insurance by 56$ a month.. and I went and got a quote with Progressive and the quote was for 117$ per month for the exact same coverage. Obviously I cannot switch until this claim is settled, but at this point it seems like it won't ever be. This insurance company SUCKS!"

"My Friend has the same insurance because I told him about how cheap it is.. that's the catch. Now, he was involved in an accident and and he cannot reach infinity. the voice messages keep taking him in circles and its been close to a week where he can't get a a hold of anyone. My god. I am certainly switching. If this is how they treat you as a customer then what can you really expect for them on the turn around time. He finally got a hold of someone and the adjuster has not come out. They will not provide a rental car and he keeps calling to find out the status of his claim.... what a mess. this is truly hell. Might as well be your own insurance if you have to go thru all this hassle. I guess that is what you pay for... If you have this insurance company, drop it and avoid the hassle of a claim. that goes to show you how much they care about customer satisfaction.."

"Very slow moving in settling claims. Took over 3 weeks to get Infinity's adjuster to send out an appraiser to look at a car then almost another week for them to tell us it was totaled. Two more weeks to get another week and a half to get a check which their own bank will not cash (and wouldn't tell us why), so now waiting yet another week for it to clear our bank account to get another car (provided the check clears). Oh, and they are now telling us that they won't pay for a rental after the date they told us the car was totaled. The adjuster has been near impossible to get a hold of and has treated us with an I could care less attitude. If you are thinking about them to insure you...don't. If you are currently issured by them, change your insurance. If you are hit by some with their insurance, pay your deductable and let your own insurance company sue em for the money."
