"Low rates!"

"The only thing that keeps me from giving the "extremely satisfied" rating overall is a rather poor website and a lack of 24/7 customer service for non-emergency situations. These seem a reasonable trade, however, for rates that were only about two-thirds of what several of the big name companies wanted to charge for equivalent coverage."

"Poor customer service and poor treatment of longstanding customers. My complaint with them is that I have been a long time customer (10 yearS!!!) and never paid late, always had full coverage (found out I had a lot more than I needed on auto, but was underinsured and over charged for homeowners). They raised our rates without reason, we don't have anything on our driving record, and they told us it was for "age increase" yet we are late 30s and early 40s! I asked her what that meant and she said she didn't know!!! Then they said it was due to our credit history! We have never paid late on ANYTHING, and have good credit, but they said our revolving credit was higher than they would like it to be so they raised our rates a good 20 to 25%! I asked what our revolving (and in good standing) credit has to do with our auto and home insurance and they didn't have a good answer. I am shocked to say the least of this reasoning. So I am not shopping around. Can't believe they could treat a long time good customer, with no claims, and a good driving record like this. Unbelievable. If you have them, check your bills. I found out they had raised our home ins last year but since it was paid through my mortgage co, I didn't know it was raised until the auto issue came to light."
