"They do not have 21st century technology and the most incompetent customer service and agents I've ever had to deal with. I'm just trying to leave the company, I need to wash my hands of this whole situation."

"Very satisfied with the service from this company. They have handled our plan for years and are the most knowledgeable retirement professionals I have worked with. We have never had a problem and all interactions are professional and prompt. I couldn't be happier that we moved our plan to them several years ago. One of the best decisions we ever made."

"Website has not changed in years. They display very few years of our activity history. Technology is behind the times when other firms have used electronic for our needs while Mutual requires paperwork. Their system is terrible and buggy. The IT dept is run by idiots who don't know what they are doing and so not progressive. They can't think outside the box. I would take my retirement needs elsewhere, like to Vanguard or Fidelity."

"Very sloooooowww at processing retirement funds. Very antiquated process for establishing and funding an account. Really bad customer service"

"MOA is a retirement planning organization, not a benefit company. When pitched, they promised better returns that our previous provider Nationwide and on this they delivered. Where they fail is on the technology and administrative end of the spectrum. Requests for distributions are literally lost in the mail multiple times as they do not use encryption technology to facilitate their loan and withdrawal process. My personal request for distribution took more than 6 weeks after multiple sets of documents were mailed and never received and the company does not utilize email encryption. Communication is extremely poor as no one in the organization can be bothered to pick up the phone to discuss and issue - they again rely on mail that never reaches it destination. Employees, even at the supervisory level, are not held responsible for their failures which only perpetuates the problem. If you are looking for a 401k provider, look elsewhere and your employee population will be significantly more satisfied."

"I am trying to make a simple 401 rollover from M.O.A. to my Fidelity I.R.A. After all the phone calls and paperwork including obtaining the required notary seal to transfer my money they still are requesting more documentation. Should'nt a notarized request with all the other documentation be enough They seemed to forget it's my money. Typical thieving insurance company they take money in but never want to let it out even if it is yours. They suck."

"One of the communicators could barely understand English, and I had a difficult time communicating my needs. MOSTLY I was informed on both transaction steps necessary to withdraw 401K it would take 10 business days to receive "supposedly sent" mail. SERIOUSLY Why do they still apparently use Pony Express?? What a crock of bs "

"From the time I contacted this company for services until the final delivery I was completely amazed at their attentiveness to my request. The personal phone call was unexpected to let me know they had received my request right down to calling I mean calling me to tell me when I could expect to receive my request.....I am simply amazed given the time in that a company realizes how important a phone call can be to a customer. I must say because I was somewhat startled I might not have been as pleasant..but know I was in shock. Keep doing what you're doing..........Awesome"

"It s an excellent insurance company and I would recomment it to anyone. I got it as teacher in a catholic school. I had money taken out every month from my paycheck. I am now retiring and I am glad I had them.They are friendly to talk with and knowledgeable. They help you anytime and any where. "
