"Worst insurance company and especially worst customer care"

"THEY ARE THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE PLANET. THEY SAY THEY DONT NEED Preauthorizations AND THEN DO NOT APPROVE CLAIMS FOR NECESSARY TREATMENT OR PROCEDURES.. Their website says they use Core to administer claims and basically CORE to save money will deny claims, then they look great as a vendor to Nippon because of all the money they save for Nippon. Nippon is their client but we as the insureds are paying the premiums, why arent we getting service for this Why is our medical treatment denied No good reason. Not even when the provider gives a valid reason. They only care about their profits, not about their true customers, the insureds who are the ones actually paying their premiums, their salaries, their rent, their administrative expenses, everything BUT OUR CARE."

"This company sucks, we received ID cards that shows Aetna Signature, but at the doctors offices your ID numbers comes back as invalidnot insured . In the back of the card shows that all claims must go to Nippon, therefore we will received the full bill and then we have to argue with Nippon to approved payment, till now all claims to have your money back has been refused by Nippon and on Aetna insurance your name does not exist. To All of you who is reading this, be very aware of which insurance your company will choose for you, in order to save money, if you got this Nippon you are screw"

"Called ahead for minor surgical procedure to get pre-approval and after the procedure, coverage was denied. Was directed to language in the policy that says that pre-approval does not guarantee coverage. What a joke this company is. What a nightmare if you get sick."
