"I am 52 years old have not had any accidents, nor any fender benders at all. Every 6 months my rates increase, increase and increase This is ridiculous And Highly Unfair.... I have been with Auto Owners Insurance 3 years in Dec. 2017 I work from home and drive 20 miles to town every other day for food and the like yet my rates have SKY ROCKETED SO MUCH SO, AND THE AGENTS THEY COULD CARE LESS OH GO AHEAD SHOP AROUND THEY SAY YEAH EASIER SAID THAN DONE Thank you for your time... no stars from this lady"

"Roof was damaged by wind storm. Two inspectors said I had more hail damage than wind damage. Long story short they gave me enough money t o replace 27 tiles. Adjustor was awful to deal with. Said my roof was to old for them to cover damages and according to his computer it hadn't hailed in my area in five years. They said my roof was over 15 yrs old and they wouidn't pay for old damages. I think the roof is 17 yrs old now. Been nice if they had told me this before the roof started leaking. If you have a roof over 15 yrs old and have Auto Owners beware"

"I had a loss in a building I own in January, 2015, which I insured with Auto Owners for more than 18 years. I made a claim in a timely fashion. It is now December 2015 and there is no hope that they will pay my claim in the future. They just sent me a letter denying the claim altogether based on some "engineer" they hired who said he found no damage or leaking in the area of the building that in which the damage occurred. The building has been repaired in the last 12 months, so no damage remains. Auto owners has multiple pictures of the damage and their adjuster viewed the damage on many occasions. >They have no intention to pay and have made that clear many times. I notified Auto Owners of the actions of their adjuster back in August by certified mail and they did not respond.>Don't get an insurance company that has a history of failure to pay on claims. Don't buy insurance with Auto Owners"

"I've been with Auto-Owners for just over four years and I've had three not-at-fault auto claims in that time. One was a broken windshield, one was a deer impact and the other one was an Underinsured Motorist claim. Each time their claims service was exceptional. They paid the claims in just a few days, they paid for OEM not aftermarket/generic parts to repair my vehicles even though the policy states that they can use aftermarket and the settlement amount for my totaled car when I hit the deer was actually $1500 more than I was expecting based on my own research Since they were all not-at-fault claims, they didn't cause my premium to increase at all. My parents had severe hail damage on their roof a few years ago and their home is insured with Auto-Owners. They had a check for a new roof four days later. I plan to stay with them for a very long time as long as they keep providing great service. Their rates are very competitive and even if they were a few hundred bucks more expensive, I'd pay it "

"1st adjuster was $25,000 too low. 2nd got closer at $12,000 below the quotes. 3rd adjuster is now around $7,000 lower than the construction quotes. A year later my siding does not match in size or color, house looks terrible and we have been constantly stressed dealing with these people. Terrible service and worst of all they just don't care. "

"They do not pay on the policies they provide. They have out side adjustors that contact you and mislead you and try to settle for pennies on the policy that you are owed."

"BE WARNEDThese people are crooks They will happily take your money. Month after month year after year. All is well until you have a claim. Had a claim...25000 estimates from contractors. They 'll pay you 5000.If you raise Cain you get another 5000. It's a scam... They know most people will just give up from the frustration.What's scary is my contractor told me exactly what they were going to do before they did it. He's said they do the same thing every time.We are in the being ignored stage now... 6 months into it."

"Had storm damage to roof during tornado landing 1st week of July 2014. Instead of handling roof claim company waited over 30 days for cat adjuster from Missouri. All surrounding homes had roof replacement authorized almost immediately by their insurance companies but this cat adjuster only authorized repairs to missing shingles even though roof had hail damage seals broken water seepage into grg ceiling."

"Have homeowners policy with extra coverage for "backup of sewers or drains" and "water leakage and seepage". Had a flood in my house of course started coming up a drain the basement which I capped off then 5 days later came in around the foundation of the house. Told insurance company which told me to get someone out there right away to get the water out NOT to unplug the drain and they would get an adjuster out there. A week later someone shows up mean while still have a company getting water out and then a week later they deny the claim stating it is "ground water" coming in the basement I live in the country I have a well I pay extra on my policy to cover this I have to get a attorney now and sue them Oh and my well is leaking coming into the house BUT IT IS GROUND WATER THEY WON'T COVER IT"

"My roof was damaged by hail in 2009 as were several others in my neighborhood. I had the claim paid and a new roof installed nine days later. Two of my neighbors had their claims denied until they filed complaints with the Insurance Commissioner and several others were still waiting to hear back when my new roof was finishedI also had an Uninsured Motorist total my vehicle and they paid off my car in less than a week I couldn't ask for more"

"We used this Company for more than 10 years. As long as there are no claims it is just fine. This past winter the roof collapsed on one of our huge Storage sheds due icy weather. Because we are getting older and don't know how long we can stay on this 40 acre property we decided to just build a smaller one with the wood we have in storage. Because we did not rebuild the same building they held back a very large sum. Would have cost us same or more to hire an attorney so we had to settle. Also some of the stored items were not covered per agent. See next item for a Auto claim. "

"Auto Owners is an excellent company. If someone isn't satisfied that is probably because their claim is sketchy or simply not a covered incident. I have had an auto and a homeowners claim with them and they were prompt and quick to get payment to us right away I would HIGHLY recommend Auto Owners Insurance. They are A rated for a reason"

"Had a housefire aug.2011 still no settlement and none in sight. They have done everything in their power to not pay our claim have caused us to spend many thousands of unclaimable dollars to defend and prove our claim to no avail. I hate this company and will never deal with or recomend to anyone. What they do is illegal in my opinion. "

"When we had a house fire last year we expected a fight from our insurance company Auto Owners. To the contrary they paid our living expenses for nearly a year paid for the contents as well as the reconstruction without any argruments at all. Our claims experience was terrific. "

"Auto-owners is sending out "consent to rate" increase forms to their long time customers. It states they can increase rates up to 250% above North Carolina mandated rates. If you do not sign this form your coverage will cease upon renewal. Insured with this company for over 20 years. This is how they treat their longest customers."

"I was nailed by an elderly woman who ran a red light and the idiot cop cited me. I told Auto-owners not to pay any claims as I was going to fight it in court. Auto-owners ignored me and paid anyways. I won in court but because they decided to pay its marked on my insurance and my premiums are higher thanks to their decision not to listen to me. If you want an insurance company that will stand behind you stay far away from Auto-Owners."

"I was with Auto Owners for 10 years and laways paid my payments on time. My wife had 2 minor accidents in 3 years and we were dropped. They did me a favor becasue I got insurance cheaper through another company but I need insurance against insurance companies"

"in 50 yrs 1 claim on house-denied. Paid car ins. in June till 10/20got new car 10/8 new ins quote was 400 higher then other ins I canceled. Wondered why they dated termination letter Nov 1 until I got a bill saying I stilled owed them 70. they said I was paid up in June and their collectors are trying to get more. I am 70 so they can try to get the rest and I will go on every web site I find till everyone knows how auto insurance treats people they think wont know"

"We had a fire in our home 10 months ago. From the beginning the adjuster gave vague bureaucratic answers to all my questions. He never explained that the Proof of Loss was due in 60 days and it wasn't explained in my copy of the policy. If my daughter hadn't read the "on-line" version my claim could have been denied. He never clearly explained what extra living expenses would be covered with regard to our rental such as laundromat etc. I've also had several problems with the company that contracts with AO to do the clean-up. Service Master NEVER made an inventory of what they took from my home. Several personal mementos are just GONE. No one is taking responsibility and my inquiries are met with excuses and/or silence. Our adjuster also recommended a contractor with whom he had a working relationship. Not surprisingly this contractor's bid was 20000 less than then the one done by a reputable contractor in our area. We've had to hire a Public Adjuster. 10 months later we are still waiting for results.........We are just average people with an average home and average belongings. Like many people we are paying premiums on amounts above and beyond what our home and its contents are worth. In the beginning we did what we could to make things easier such as finding a rental that costs half as much as we were entitled to under our policy and buying replacement items at sale prices. "Playing nice" is the last thing taken into consideration where AO is concerned. Our adjuster has spent countless hours painting us with a tainted brush and needlessly dragging out this process all the while paying for our rental and extra living expenses. All we ever expected was to be treated with a little humanity and compensated fairly. Auto Owners and their vendor haven't even tried to hide the fact that they have no intention of doing either."

"I had a fire loss up north and it still has not been settled. Our female adjuster has gave a complete run around and late on my loss of income checks. Her boss says she is doing a good job. She has not been any help just a pain. I had to hire a public adjuster still a run around with insurance company. This month will be 1yr. Good luck to all."

"Took weeks on multiple attempts to gain any contact from the adjuster 8 weeks or more. Coverage of claim would not even cover cost of needed supplies much less contracter expenses. Failed to meet with us to do estimate but came out in or absence. Missed many items areas of damage from the hail storm. Refuse to cover front slightly older or worn roof when obviously it hailed on both sides. Twelve or more surrounding homes with other companies have entire roof siding and gutters replaced from hail as large as fist but Auto-Owners cannot provide our house witho approprate or simlar fair coverage."

"When you file a claim for home damage expect to be cheated I think the Corporate office is delaying the claim for the money I think the claims managers are told to delayy and most of the customers get frustrated and just accept what they pay them. Even if the home is not repaired they dont give a care at all. They pay as low as possible and deny anything they think they can away with. LOUSY COMPANY FOR CLAIMS "

"Policy sold to my wife and I with a printoutof a "vanishing premium." The only thing that vanished is the coverage after having the policy in effect for 23 years. Auto Owners was involved with a class action suit during this time in which a small adjustment was made to our policy but most of the settlement went to the lawyers. This companysucks"

"Auto owners insurance covered the roofer we hired to roof our 2-story house. Three years later we noticed that they sealed off the roof vents which caused major water damage. Despite a ruling in our favor and a fine imposed by the state Dept of Industry and constant demands by the city building inspector and even a promise by Auto Owners own estimator they refused to fix anything and hired a lawyer thus it cost us 10000 to hire a lawyer for ourselves and we got in other words we have to pay for it all our selves which we can not afford. I would never have this company."

"We live in Northern Michigan and had a total fire loss to our home which one year later has not been settled. There is only one adjuster for all of Northern Michigan and if you have a problem with him you cant get another adjuster. From the beginning this guy has done nothing but try to find ways NOT to pay us. He is an embarrassment to the insurance industry. Do not insure your home with Auto Owners"

"We had insurance with the company for over 5 years. Suddenly there was a water leak from the pipe which we reported the moment we discover it it was a rental house and our renter told us about it. The insurance denied to pay for the repair and later send us a letter stating they will not cover the house because of the leaking pipes. That is the quality of Auto Owners insurance service."

"They refuse to pay on a claim for which our organization was supposed to be covered. Then they offered a 1/10 low ball settlement. We had to sue. They wanted to charge our organization a 5000 annual premium for coverage of real property only our organization DOES NOT HAVE ANY real property no office buildings real estate ect."

"If you have to file a claim DO NOT have verbal conversations Do everything through email. Ask lots of questions and print copies of everything. Remember auto-owners agents and adjusters lie and spin the truth. And when you maike the first call to make a claim do it from a cell phone and then get a printed copy of your bill so they cant say you didnt notify them for several days like they did me."

"Have been giving me the run around for well over a month on my totaled car. Took a full week before the agent even called the adjuster. Then took nearly 2 weeks to get ahold of the bank. Another week waiting on the title and yet another week waiting on the check. Had to call and threaten agent every step of the way. Been driving 100 miles a day sharing a car with my wife just to get to and from work. Wouldnt ever use again."

"Our home was destroyed in a tornado. After three weeks we remain homeless without any money from Auto Owners. They offered to find us a place to live and then wanted our credit card number to pay for the living expenses even though we had emergency living expenses on our policy. Absolutely no returned phone calls from adjusters. "

"Filed a Theft claim on a stolen vehicle. Wont return phone calls, have not paid the claim after 30 days. Talk to us like we stole our own vehicle. Bad company! Canceled our insurance this month. Never again will I deal with these people."

"In October of 2010 I had a pipe break in bathroom, went to agent and was informed I had a $1,000.00 deductible. I could not afford it being unemployed, I have saved up the money now and opened the claim and the adjuster who was very rude and arrogant denied the claim saying the leak was older then 2 weeks and they have a clause in my coverage saying they dont cover anything older then 2 weeks. I now have a rotted floor and mold growing when I asked the adjusters manager what I am suppose to do his reply was dont use the bathroom. I fear that myself or my girlfriend who has major health issues will either fall through the floor or lose our balance and get hurt, they wont cover anything that may happen like that now because its now a pre existing condition."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I made my payments every month. Thats the law. So why is it that when I was hit head on by another driver 2 years ago they still have not held up to the contract? Isnt that bad faith on their part? We had an agreement, I pay them every month for coverage if something happens and here I am holding the bag, trying to get back up from the physical and emotional loss. I no longer no what to do about this. I am told by my attorney that its just the way it is. Maybe we should change the way it is. This is inhumane! For the rest of my life I will do whatever I can to make sure that no one close to me EVER uses Auto Owners. "

"Their policy is to deny the claim and invent a reason. Actually told me that my shingles just "fell off the roof". The shingles were up there for five years. I hired an engineer who said that it was wind damage, but auto owners has their own engineer who said the shingle fell off the roof."

"expect the best out of the company and claim rep and you will get it. I had independent adjusters chasing me like ambulence chasers as soon as the fire made the paper. They wanted a chunk of my settlement. There is no reason to get them if you get Auto Owners because they are trying to settle the loss fairly from the beginning. Honest, straight up company and I would not switch for a little savings."

"Biggest complaint with this company is that their field reps do not return calls in a timely fashion or they do not return them at all. We have over 6 policies with this company and will be changing every single policy to a new insurance provider. "

"Auto Owners Insurance Diary 1: I lost everything to a lightning fire last week. I am just starting the process with Auto Owners Insurance. So far everything has gone ok. I received some forms to write my losses on today. Unfortunately, I only received one page with 20 spaces to input my loss. I am sure there will be at minimum 200 items lost. The area to input data is also pretty small so I will call Monday to see what they want me to do. I am certain this is done on purpose. I had no past problems with Auto Owners and the people at the office were always there for questions. So as I go through the process, I will keep everyone informed here and other blogs I saved to my favorites. Keep in mind I have excellent credit, no outstanding bills, lawsuits or anything that would make a insurance company look down at me or cancel me. I also never filed a claim except for a theft I had through another insurance company 20 years ago at another residence. My brother told me I would get screwed so I started searching for reviews on this company only to find the majority of complaints negative. I will keep everyone informed and hope my dealings with Auto Owners Insurance is a pleasant one. "

"I have Auto Owners, I had a house fire, they reduced my claim to the point that I had to use over 50% of my own funds to rebuild. Now I have a claim for a breaking and entering and they have delayed my claim for over 3 months and are doing anything they can to not pay. Auto Owners is the worst insurance company out there. They have no problem taking my $3000 a year for insurance but will find any excuse not to pay a claim."

"If you ever have a claim with AUTO-Owners Inurance Company. Life will be HELL. Bury you in paper work Delay, Deny, Delay, Deny, Delay, Deny, Deny. "Unfortunately, when one person has a bad experience, they tell hundreds of people, but when hundreds of people have a good experience, no one hears about it. Auto-Owners has been in business for over 90 years and has consistently provided outstanding customer service to its clients as evidenced by being awarded the JD Power & Associates award for personal auto claims service for the last two years in a row. This is a financially sound company that cares about its clients. I have never had a problem with my agent or the company. For all of you who think they are so awful, check out the financial rating or customer service awards of any other company you plan to do business with. Auto-Owners is top notch. Do your research!"

"Had business policy for over 10 years, I had total loss due to fire (started in the business next door) I had 1580 sq. feet commercial building. Their appraisor came up with low ball figure of 39,00.00 (estimated damages were over 200,000.00)I hired a public adjuster he got them up to 69,000.00 Public adjuster took 10% so that put me further in the hole. I lost 2 businesses in this fire and it has been over 2 years and now in involved in 2 lawsuits. There is so much more to this story. Auto-Owners drags things out to wear you down including but not limited to losing documents (54 pages) I would not recommend them to insure a dog house."

"I have a home that has had water damage to it for over a year and this adjuster is still doing NOTHING to move it along except ask for same things over and over and come up with anything that he can delay it with. I even have an attorney and he is through with him also. I would never ever purchase Auto Owner they are unethical!!!!"

"have owned 11 homes over a period of 40 years. have a top of the line policy not only for home but autos, boat, umbrella, riders. turned in FIRST CLAIM EVER on home had one auto claim back in 1964 for a BUMBER on a car I dinged on the x-way. NOTHING else no tickets wife or myself. excellent credit. so turn in a claim for a leak caused by an ice dam. denied. "Held commercial contractor's insurance with this carrier for several years. At annual audit time, Auto Owners always bills us additional premium due, even though all the rating factors were known by them prior to the policies' inception date. The results of this year's audit has made the decision for us--our company will not be renewing coverage with this insurance carrier. Less than two months into the audited policy period, our company's principal died of causes unrelated to his company's activities. On the just-received audit results, Auto Owners is charging a full year's premium for this deceased business owner, even though he only lived and ran his company slightly less than 1/6th of the policy period year. Auto Owners is unwilling to prorate for the actual time this business owner was alive and running his business. "

"they start their bill with a cancellation notice and there are numerous payment and cancellation dates on the bill, when you try to contact them the only phone number on the bill is of the agent who then tells you to go to their website for the number, after twenty minutes of research at their site you will find the phone number listed on some remote page let alone to get into your account you need a secret code..I can only imagine what happens if I file a claim...I just wanted to pay the bill!!"

" BEWARE of a low quote on an a policy subject to audit. I specified the exact exposure to the company prior to my contractor's liability policy being issued. The audit yielded an additional premium of $350.00 for payroll which the company knew at the time the policy was issued did NOT apply. This was NOT due to a subcontractor workers compensation audit or other errors on my part. The company stated it was an additional earned premium after the audit. The company knew at the time the policy was issued that this additional premium would apply but did not mention it to me, presumably to make their rate quote more attractive. This is a practice I find NOT acceptable and have never encountered misrepresentation of this type by an insurance company in over 30 as a general contractor. I regret doing business with this company. "

"Best insurance company to be with - for personal or commercial insurance! They handle their claims effeciently and effectively... trust me, I know! My car was hit in a bizarre instance by a tractor trailer tire on my way to work. The impact was so hard that it totalled my vehicle. I wasn't able to drive the car from the first day of the wreck - Auto Owners had me a rental car at my job by the end of the day. Within a week they had the car appraised and had me a check for the totalled amount. Great, easy service! I have been with them for over 4 years now and DO NOT intend to move my insurance unless absolutely necessary! GREAT COMPANY!!!"

"They do not know how to handle clamins, emergencies, or why are they even in business? This company is one of the worst I have ever worked with. It took 6 phone calls and 2 weeks to get an adjustor (major damage to home) another 4 phone calls and 10 days for claim to be turned in. Another 10 days and 3 phone calls and still not check...but they did tell me the $ abount they are sending and even with my deductible it is more than $1000 less than the lowest bid that I went out and had to obtain. They don't seem to care..."

"They dropped me, even though I never had any claims and been a customer for 15 years. My neighbor they renewed his policy even after he had hurricane dammage (05) -- big tree uprooted in his yard and he needed a total roof replacement. His deductable is $500.00 (even for hurricane). Mine they changed to a 2 % deductable for a few years, then I got a letter of non renewal. Neighbors house and mine are the same age and about the same square footage. He still has his $500.00 dectable. This company is very unfair!! "

"Our policy clearly stated that we were covered for a particular loss that we encountered. Auto Owners told us we were covered, and gave us the amount of the claim and how much the claim checks would be, then they stopped communicating with us altogether. For over a month they would not return any telephone calls, emails, or letters. Once we were finally able to speak to someone, they told us that we were not covered. They blatantly lied in the claim information by changing the cause of the claim from what it actually was, to a cause not covered in the policy. No one will even speak with us regarding this from the company, so we have been forced to contact an attorney and the Insurance Commission and hand over the situation to them. The Insurance Commission has reviewed our claim and policy and is adamant that we will be covered. According to them and our attorney, we may even be entitled to punitive damages now. Once we have received our claim we will most definitely be cancelling our policy and looking for another company. The Insurance Commission for our state advised us that they have had several complaints for Auto Owners and that a federal investigation has been initiated into their insurance practices."

"Our son was killed as a passenger in an Auto-Owners insured vehicle. The claims adjuster made all kinds of promises about paying our son's medical, ambulance and funeral expenses. After 3 long years they still have not made good on any of his bills. They even said " Your son isn't worth that much, he was only a college student and didn't have a spouse or dependents." They also tried to get rid of the totaled vehicle before our experts could look at the black box or seat belts. Then they hire the most disrespectable lawyer to defend their case. This lawyer made accusations that could not be backed up about our son being drunk and not able to secure the seatbelt securely. The other kids' medical and ambulance bills were all paid. Auto-Owners even totaled the vehicle and paid the kid for his truck within 2 weeks. I hope and pray no other family has to go through the disrespect,pain and suffering that we have had to endure with this less than honest insurance company. "

"It's easy to write bad comments about any insurance company. Auto-Owners does things the correct way and customer service is top-notch. Look at the rankings of Auto-Owners Insurance. They are in the top 4% of every worth-while insurance statistic. An AM BEST A++ rating (that is the best you can get!). Everyone who writed on here needs to look at their homework, not just write stuff b/c they thought they deserved the world after a loss."

"Hire a Public Property Adjuster!!!!! They take a small percentage of what you wouldn't get without using one! They tell you what your insurance company won't after a loss and do all the leg work. "Fire destroyed our home in June 2007. Although we had paid an additional premium for guaranteed home replacement coverage, Auto-Owners claims reps initially insisted we didn't have the coverage. Now they are refusing to accept their own contractor's estimate of what it would cost to replace our home, lied about never receiving our independent contractor's comparable estimate with our sworn proof of loss, and tricked us into getting a third general estimate (they insisted it didn't need to be prepared with Xactimate as that was too detailed, even though their own contractor used it) so they could try to discredit us and the builder that originally built the home. It is now 7 months since the fire rendered us homeless, and we are no closer to a settlement than we were when the fire trucks pulled out of our driveway. The unfair handling of our claim is criminal. Auto-Owners Insurance Company is despicable. "

"Replacement value insurance is hard work. Fire destroyed hundreds of items. I have had to do all of the work it seems. Inventory, list, price, date, send. Wait several weeks for any $, then it was sent to wrong address (old)in the mean time of waiting for any $, my finances starting going down the tubes and I have spent way to many hours on "proving" loss. Then the ins co only pays portion of cost and then I have to buy everything in order to have a "receipt" to get the full replacement. My credit cards are all maxed out (which then creates monthly charges and possible overlimit & late fees for added expenses to my budget). Everything that was my "life" was bought for my use and never was intended to be sold, only used until it was worn out. Some things had very little wear (like pageant gowns) and they were intended & carefully bought with the intention they would last many, many years, but when you add the year bought, it becomes worthless. I have no need to replace a rhinestone gown, but it is a loss because of the investment for a possible future use. All photos & films made while in school (which cost less to purchase only because the school was able to provide students with discount...since no longer in school, product quality & price can not be recovered)were destroyed & were the very essence of why film school was build a portfolio. The student loan was for thousands of $, marketing tools of trade lost and ins co only wants to pay for the lost DVD (like $20). I NEVER want to go through this again. I'm considering only having very basic insurance and taking the loss if this ever happens again. It has taken 2 years of my life, and physical & financial tolls personally. I think I would have been better off to have just invested the $25K a year the insurance cost.(Umbrella insurance for business & farm) I guess I was very mistaken to assume that replacement value meant that I "proved" what I lost (etc) and they would pay me for the actual claim. Sending a check and allowing me to replace over time & need. But no....."

"I had a house fire and had 2 bids showing total damages of over my policy limit. The ins adjuster brought in "her" guy to do appraisal and he low balled the bid by $30,000. She told her company and my ins agents that the contractors that I had chosen wouldn't cooperate with her. I called one of the contractors to see why and they told me that she had never contacted them. Also, she tried to get my boyfriend to sign papers stating that we were married so his stuff would be covered, if he had done so my policy would have been nullified. I called her supervisor to complain and they didn't do anything about it. All in all, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I will forever bad mouth this company to whomever I come in contact with! "

"My elderly parents had a housefire and it took the claims adjuster a week to view the house; then we did not hear from her for over 2 weeks; we had 2 bids to repair the house, but now that it has been over a month since the fire, they are sending an appraiser to view the house and if it does not value for the amount that is needed to repair the house then they will not give us the amount covered in our policy; meanwhile, my parents are living in an RV by their house and we have no idea how long it will be or if we will be able to get back into the house. If you have home insurance it would be worth it to get replacement cost if you can. I would not recommend Auto-Owner's insurance to anyone."

"in order to reduce exposure to hurricane claims" in Florida, where I live. A nasty way to reward old and faithful customers who had been pleased with the service."
