"I was told I have ppo insurance. Apparently, Premera have turned a PPO into an expensive hmo with high deductibles. If a doctor says I need a cpap, Ithey shouldn't have to go through several hoops to get it 'covered' 'approved', especially when I am paying for it with my deductible. My test results multiple and symptoms speak for themselves. People are not signing up for cpaps for fun, it is medically necessary and has been proven to reduce costs later. Per my MD, Premera likes to deny things and look for small errors to do so. I am definitely petitioning my employee to change insurance coverage options in my next enrollment. I grew up on Blue Cross, it used to be great, now I feel like an indigent in WA, unable to get access or medically necessary treatment."

"I was denied a bone marrow transplant last minute after the hospital had received Pre-approval codes for all Pre-Transplant testing for myself and my donor. Premera denied the appeal after 3 doctors advised transplant is needed. Premera only cares about money, not trying to save lives."

"Unable to access website because the system does not recognize membership number. On hold for 40 minutes before giving up This company knows NOTHING about customer service"

"horrible wait times for call center, I am currently on hold and have been waiting 1 hour 7 minutes and 11 seconds"
