"Purchased Supplemental insurance and every year an increase in premium sometimes twice in a year. Customer service does not exist--can't reach on phone nor internet. Even writing letters take them a long time to responds--could be because they constantly change agents Will look for new supplemental insurance in future."

"A new agent every 6 months is calling me to let me know that my previous agent no longer with the company . Poor customer service and a revolving door for agents . I am shopping around too my premium went way up from 160 to 190 twice rate increases Shop some where else D rated company "

"This company has poor customer service and claim after claim is either denied or claim NOT paid. Since I got this policy , one year ago my agent is a different time . I guess they have a high turnover for personnel . I just got a huge rate increase of 34% . Look somewhere else for Medicare supplement ."

"I contacted Bankers Life about changing the beneficiary designation on a whole life insurance policy, which I have had for 4 years. I filled out all the information, had my husband sign it required, as we live in a community property state WA. I have read other people's comments, and they did the same thing to me. They returned it and asked for more information. I provided ALL the information the first time. This was not for a cancellation of the policy, just a change in beneficiary designation. I am in the process of cancelling my Bankers Life insurance policy, and hoping it won't take forever for them to process it. I was also given a cash surrender amount when I cancel. I have an attorney, and if they give me the slightest problem processing the cash surrender valueissuing a check, I will get my attorney involved. I can't believe that this company has stayed in business for so many years when they constantly rip people off especially seniors. They have no ethics at all."

"Bankers life is the biggest den of theives in the u.s. they know exactly how to work the legal system so nobody can win a lawsuit against them or get the government to investagate them. I guess thats why their a 34 billion dollar company. Let's see if that money will buy them a ticket into heaven. Easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle. May they burn in hell."

"My wife was fraudulently sold a universal life policy being told it would cost less than the whole life policy she held. The cost was ten times the amount stated and Banker's would not refund the money after multiple requests."

"My Mom saved her whole life against our wishes to leave something to her children. I have heard from numerous different agents.. all with some agenda. All with a different report regarding her annuity... Please don't ever deal with this agency. I am going to see a lawyer now.. but the pain cant ever be compensated.."

"Very difficult to deal with. Always asking for more information even after sending all paperwork they ask for. Also get different information from the people you talk with when you call. Agents say they only sell the policy, that they can't help you with the processing of claims. This is a long term policy that my mom has paid for for 15 years. And I have been working on since February It's now August I can understand why they have such a low consumer rate....."

"In the beginning, there was a lack of full disclosure by the sales Agent i.e., life insurance policy never reaches a fully 'paid' stage while paying premiums with the result that the premium monthly dollar amount is nearly the same total amount of the face value on the policy. Agent can't won't avoiding answers to my questions as to why and/or possible options. The paid premiums could soon match the face value of the policy."

"My mother has had Bankers Life Supplement insurance for 17 years. Since they moved the claims processing in-house they have refused every claim submitted.Thanks to Banker Life her credit score has gone from 88 to 69 because of their refusal to pay any claims."

"90 days after initial request for benefits for at home care with PT following a total hip replacement surgery. They have to send paperwork and request you get dozens of additionl signatures, MD notes, etc. Often say never recieved or require more info - most elderly that do survive give up - too much hassle, and not up to fighting it so Bankers keeps it all"

"I returned my policy and asked for a cancellation a few months ago they are refusing to cancel my policy and continue to withdrawl fund for my bank account even thou I returned the policy abd ask them in writting to cancel and not to cahrge my bank account. Not I will have to go to my credit union and change my account"

"My mother has been a client of Bankers Life for close to 20 years paying for home health care insurance. In the summer of 2013 she had a fall and was home bound with the need for round the clock nursing and help which was covered in her policy. All the proper paperwork was filed by her doctors and other appropriate agencies but to date Bankers Life has done nothing but respond with delays and requests for duplicate information. They have no intention to pay unless their customers are willing to hire an attorney or file formal complaints with the state Attorney General but even then it will likely continue to be a grind. I look at these reviews here and see either you hate this company or you love them - no in between. Which tells me that based on our experience most of these positive claims are probably bogus. I would STRONGLY recommend not doing business with Bankers Life Insurance."

"my father had a policy through them and a process that should be made easy to help with grieving was a nightmare. I have had nothing but problems trying to settle his account including the fact that when I call no one answers I leave messages and if someone gets back to me it takes DAYS"

"Family member had two annuity accounts. When family member passed away got high pressure sales tactics. Used main telephone number and did not get full information to get benefits paid. Once I got all the information needed to process claim was told wrong amount. Likely had paperwork that told me the correct amount of benefits. Got checks that equaled the total amount but amounts did not correspond to each annuity amount. Do not trust company with too many complaints from multiple states. Buyer beware indeed."

"I was lucky I did my research before enrolling in this company's life insurance program. I should have done my due diligence before I completed the easy issue application.I was asked for and wrote a check for one month's premium. Only after giving the agents a check was I told that my checking account would automatically be debited for the second and ensuing months' premium.Beware when doing business with this Company. Do your due diligence. Search the internet for Bankers Life scams complaints and reviews. I found that AM Best had downgraded Bankers Life ratings for both financial strength and issurer credit rating with an overall outlook from stable to negative.Look at reviews from those who purchased insurance from Bankers Life. "

"I have filed a claim for my mother who has paid for a LTC policy for over ten years. Now that she needs in home services for moderate dementia the company is balking. They denied her claim saying her dementia wasn't serious enough. She has moderate dementia. I appealed and filed a complaint with the state insurance commission. Now they are saying that unless she has someone in her home 24 hours a day it will not be covered. They refuse to give out email addresses so they can hide behind "we never received that in the mail." I just read that they have just 6% of the LTC market but over a third of all LTC complaints "

"It takes at least 2 phone calls to get anyoneto talk to you. Not very customer friendly.Late in paying claims and explanation ofbenefits which shows what they paid and whenis not always sent. Once you have a policywith them they don't know you. "

"Buyer beware An employee of this company used high pressure tactics to sell annuities to my elderly parents. One parent is now deceased and the other in a CBRF needing funds to pay for care. The company has been obstructionist failed to return calls give sufficient information for claims acknowledge financial POA. They have sent me to three different agencies and delayed releasing needed funds Horrible disgusted in Wisconsin"

"The company is mis-managed only looking into making big profits for their management. cost for every type of coverage is expensive compared to other companies. My agent works so hard and paid so little for what she does. Customer satisfaction is poor. Not a company that has any integrity. "Like others who have commented on Bankers Life LTC insurance I am extremely dissatisfied. My aunt held this insurance for years. She passed away in late 2011 and here it is May 2012 and I am still trying to receive payment for a claim. There have been requests for information that I have already sent. I was told they would expedite the claim and today I was told there has been no decision and to give them another 10 days. I truly believe Bankers Life does not want to pay claims. My aunt also had insurance with Riversource who paid the claim in no time at all with no hassle."

"Bankers Life has been an outstanding company for me and my wife. I was first introduced to the company when my parents entered a nursing facility. My dad 80 at the time told me they prepared for the costs via policies with this company. After the expected claims process their policies were enacted and Bankers suspended their premium payments and paid for the care. My wife and I have our Medicare supplements with Bankers/Colonial Penn and they have paid all claims flawlessly. Our Long Term Care policies were more of an involved qualification process but our agent was there with us throughout the process. I have had bad experiences with other companies but have come to really appreciate the personal service that we have been given. Great company."

"We took out a long term care policy over 5 years ago in good faith that when the time came when we would need it the policy would provide as agreed upon. We now need the care promised in our policy & for the past year since we filed a claim we have gotten excuses & grief. This company may have been reputable in the past but is not now. We recommend using John Hancock for your insurance needs. We would change if we could do it all over again."

"I worked for them. They are an agent mill. They hire 1000 agents a year and keep less than 10%, not because the agents are bad, but because they bleed the agents of all of their relatives, get them through the 3 month success period which gets the managers a bonus, and then treat them like dirt. If you are rich or have a lot of rich family members or friends, they fawn all over you, but if you are a normal person just out of work and you decide to give them a try, they will suck the life out of you, then discard you. And when you do quit, they try to get every penny of commission back from you that they possibly can--by rewriting your policies, cancelling policies on clients, and just refusing to pay for stuff you wrote by coming up with revisions to the rules that you never knew about. They have multiple law suits against them, and I hope everyone succeeds. They no longer deserve to be in business."

"Cant get through to any supervisors, customer service workers state that the answers wont be any different. How do they know? They are customer service people! Claim they will call you back or have supervisor call you back and it never happens. And then lie about what is on the policy. Impossible to get any claim money out of them! Waste of time and money, for years!"

"Claim processing is suppose to take 14 bussiness days. It has taken 60 work days to process 2 claims. Both we denied. The only help you can get are people who read the notes of the claim processor. You cannot speak with the processing dept. Even the two mangers I spoke with would do nothing more than read the notes and apologize. The notes state that according to my policy and SSD I am not disabled. 90+ % of people get denied on their 1st application SSD! My doctor says I am disabled But they have denied me. I can not sit, stand, or walk for more than 15 minutes at a time. I can not bend from the waist or squat. When i ask what job could I possibly do they stated that that was up to me to figure out. "

"We have a paid up long term care policy. We have used only $3000 of the policy. We received a letter stating that we had used the 10900.00 of the paid up amount. I have called them 21 times and written them for the last 90 days. Each person I talk to tells me a different thing. Most of them tell me that I am correct that a drastic mistake has been made but I cant get it fixed. They also mailed me one check for $800 and stopped payment on it but never notified me until i got it back from the bank. They told me they would pay the bank service charge 90 days later Im still waiting. Have written to State Insurance commissioner with no luck and threatened them with attorney with no luck. I guess that I am luck that I got 3 of the 10 thousand dollars. They will not return calls. The local office only has voice mail and will not call you back as well as the agents that I have been given names too. The 800 number is worthless and each person just stalls and tells you something totally different than the other person. I am so upset and do not know what to do. Do not buy from them"

"I have an annuity. I signed an agreement they would start paying me 1500 per month for my living now that I am retired. They sent me the wrong amount 4 times and the end of the year w-2 was for an incorrect amount and had to be re-issued. Which they finally did. They are costing me time and money by having an poor bookkeeping department. Maybe they just like keeping some of the money longer to make more for them? Maybe they are very good at keeping the money I have paid into for years. All I know is if I do not get the money on time my bills get overdue and I pay interest of charges they could care less."

"They (two different people) actually asked to speak to my deceased mother, about her death claim. I asked them if "deceased" meant the same thing in Illinois as it does in Tennessee. They had the death certificate, and completed claim form, on a four year old policy, and needed to do more investigation? They said they needed her permission to talk to me, the beneficiary. I told them to dial 1-800-HEAVEN. I also cried, as my mother had been through a lot, and so had I as her only child. Their callousness is unexcusable. "

"For several years, my wife and I have carried a long term care policy with Bankers. We just received notice of another rate increase effective in May. This is a 20% increase from the last increase in November 2008. They have us over a barrel. We are too old to change companies so are stuck and they know it. Very sad. "

"This insurance company does not pay claims in a satisfactory manner. My step-father passed away in January and the policy was meant for his burial expenses. Banker Life is stating the policy is not active and we have submitted proof of payment. For anyone having problems contact your state insurance commissioner immediately. They can levy fines of up to $10,000 a day."

"Policyholder service asked to speak to my deceased mother not once but TWICE, by two different people. I wonder if "deceased" means the same thing in Ill. or 1-800-India. They are extremely decitful. Never, do business with them. Deny/delay is their way. Check the NAIC website, scroll down to the 40 state regulators, and the 2.3 million settlement they had to pay. Agents and consumers are decieved."

"This company has been very hard to work with. They stall and refuse to pay on LTC claims. Do not ever buy a LTH policy from them. Our mother, who has hallucinations/dementia has been waiting on payment of a claim since Dec. 2009, and yes that is after the elimination period. Today I was told by their customer service department that they simply did not have enough qualified employees to process her claim. They advised we just wait to hear back from them. Meanwhile we are still having to pay the facility that she is living in. This is fraud! I advise anyone else having problems with company to file a complaint with your state insurance commissioner."

I was with them for 4 months and had 6 different agents in my house and never handled a simple doctor claim. We have had nothing but problems with claims, and the people at the 800 number have been very rude. The policy my aunt has is not what she thought it was--the agent misrepresented, told her the company would handle all the details, find people to come to the house, that EVERYTHING would be covered. In reality, the policy pays only $700 per month towards home care, and the person has to be completely incapacited, and need 24/7 care. She now lives with us, and we can file claims for the help we have in for her when we are at work. But it takes MONTHS for the reimbursement, and it's always an arguement and a hassle. STAY AWAY!"

"Bankers Life & Casualty is extremely unethical and uses fraudulent practices in the sales of annuities, particularly equity indexed annuities. Their sales men pray on elderly people to earn high commissions and lock in assets at below market rates for their failing insurance business. They sold my aunt THREE equity indexed annuities, tying up all her liquid assets. They moved her assets from a reputatible firm where she had no withdrawal penalties to their annuities which had substantial penalties. The payout for my 77 year old aunt only began at age 99! So much for increasing her income. Their practices give their motto "Specaializing in Seniors" a whole new meaning. They are extremely unscruplous! "

"DO NOT buy life or indemnit insurance from Bankers Life. They will avoid your calls, emails, mailing, never respond, send you letters asking for information and then not tell you what information they want. They kept avoiding payment on my mother's life insurance policy until I contacted the MO Dept. of Insurance and the MO Attorney General. Then they denied her indemnity claim because they say she lied on her application. They claim that based on her medical records she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure before she applied for the policy so she 'lied when she said on the application that she didn't have CHF.' I called the Dr. BL claimed diagnosed her with CHF. 'NOPE'he said, never diagnosed with it or treated for it--in fact in my my mother's records, the Dr. had explicity stated that she DID NOT have CHF. And what was BL's response to this? When they sent the letter to my mother denying the claim (she's been dead for 5 months and refuse to send her mail to me in western NY (until the past week)they said I could appeal their decison. Well, in amazing time--especially for BL, I get a refund for the premium my mother paid in only 4 days--therefore denying my right to appeal. Interestingly enough, in a letter to me, they claim that I singed the application and that I had lied on the form. Everyone who has been screwed by BL must must must contact their Dept. of Insurance and/or their Attorney General. The Dept. of Insurance in Missouri is been great! This company must be stopped!"

"I am currently an agent with this company. I can only say that Bankers goes to great lengths to make sure their agents are acting in an ethical manner with integrity. In our local branch, if an agent is found to be doing anything that would breach good ethics, he or she is immediately asked to leave and their work with the company is terminated. If Bankers is indeed slow in paying claims, it hasn't happened here. While you can always find a "bad" agent and problems with pay outs in any company, I know Bankers is legitimate. I wouldn't work for them if I thought otherwise."

"My mother died in November. Two days laters Banker's Life was contacted. A month and a half later they were still drawing drafts (a total of three) from mom's account. When contacted again they claimed thay "lost" the original notification (the date of which is documented with the funeral home that made the report). No communications. No refunds of premiums collected after date of mom's death. No payout of any kind. Have had the telephone run-around many times over the years. Company is very disappointing and would caution persons from using them."

It has been like pulling teeth to get her money (from a mature annuity) released into her account. Run-arounds, excuses, forms to fill out, no replies on e-mails and faxes, delays and more delays. Nothing is simple. I wonder what grief it will be when she dies and the beneficiaries have to collect. I think they believe it is their money first and they want to keep it by just wearing you down. "I am a former agent of Bankers Life. Some agents may be good but a majority are not. They rush their agents thru the training process. They get one week to learn and study for licensing. After that week, the new agents get only ONE WEEK of product training on half the products they offer. Then they get sent into the field with seasoned agents. They make calls from cold lists, leads generated by mailed cards, and existing or old lists. The new agents make calls and schedule appoiintments for the seasoned reps to take them on. Once the new reps have a few sales under their belt, then they get training on the other products Bankers offers. It can take an agent over 6 months just to learn about all the companies products. They do mass hiring. They hire about 15-20 people at a time and let the ones who do not want to work for comission weed themselves out. They will hire anyone and do not hire those from former insurance company backgrounds. A lot of their agents will sell products to people that are not right for the client, they sell it just to make the comission. The agents are not educated enough to handle all of their clients accounts. Bankers agents can not do financial planning and life and LTC is a part of that. Make sure you go to an insurance professional that understand how to use insurance to not onlny protect you and your family, but your assets as well."

"My mom has had home health care insurance since 1996 and has paid faithfully and promptly. Now we've filed a claim in 2008. First claim they received was in March, it's now August and NO PAYMENT. I get the run around each time I call and every two weeks they need a new piece of information. I've sent in the same information countless times and still nothing. The agents are rude and totally uncaring. They never receive anything sent the first time, there is always a follow up on my part. Faxes seem to fall in a black hole. The only thing they acknowledge is a receipted piece of mail. It is against their policy to call you or a doctor for a one word addition to a form. I tried to get them to call the doctor for approval on the words "24/7" that he inadvertently forgot to fill in. NOPE!! They don't take information over the phone. The only customer service this company knows and practices is POOR customer service. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, ever."

"Ok for all the people who are complaining about there parents Long Term Care policy, Try this, review the policy with the agent or yourself. Look for something called an elimination period, for all those saying their parents didnt recieve care for 6 months or 3 months, look closely at the policy. If there is an elimination period on there, it means they are not gonna recieve care for that long! You really have to research these policies or at least be there when your parents sign up. Everything is clearly stated in the policy. And just a side note, in the elimination period, the days dont count unless that person is actually recieving care, and it cant be care provided by a family member, it has to be a licensed person giving the care. If you want to make sure your parents are set up in the correct way, be there when they actually take a plan of action out. Dont blame the company when its you unfortunate ones who do not review their parents policies. They signed off on them. And for the medicade people who have life insurance, if you get buried by the state, do you know what happens, you go straight from the morgue to the crematory...unless someone is going to pay for it. So if someone on medicade has life insurance its because they would like to have a proper burial and dont want their kids or family to pay for. "

"I've been working on making a long term health care claim from this company for EIGHT LONG months. It took two months just to get all the volumes of papers necessary to make the claim, partially because it needed to be done retroactively since none of the family members knew enough about the policy to make the claim initially. The policy holder died before the family could even get the first claim made. The claims department repeatedly continues to ask for papers we've submitted multiple times, but they can't find them. Since you get a different person every time you call, there's NO follow through on their part to make sure the claim is processed. It isn't that they've told us no to the claim, they just keep telling us to jump through more hoops. I would NOT advise anyone to buy long term health insurance from them!"

Our poor 81 year old mother worried herself sick that the company was never going to pay and that she'd have to move out of her AL apartment. She called my sister almost daily in tears about it. Bankers eventually paid the claims. Mom and Dad both passed away in Dec 2007 and the nightmare with Bankers has begun once again. My siblings and I have been attempting to collect on life insurance policies held by our folks. Bankers mailed me a thick packet of papers to fill out back in Febuary. Filled them, mailed them back in the envelope they provided and waited for the check. Nothing. They said they never received it. Faxed them papers, "fax never received". Called them numerous times, calls were disconnected repeatedly, messages were NEVER returned. Still waiting for claim settlement. Wish I knew what to do to remedy this problem. I hope my children have me declared imcompetent if I ever make noises like I'm considering taking out any kind of policy with Bankers Life. I just hope that their deplorable customer service doesn't put them out of business before they pay our claim!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"My elderly mother bought insurance through Bankers Life including two policies for my children. I remember that she was very unhappy dealing with the company before she died, and now that I have to deal with the company, I've been waiting two months for a simple check to be insued in a matter it would only take State Farm less than two weeks. The first check was supposedly mailed and never arrived (funny how their premium notices have no problem finding their way to my mail box) and then when I called them to tell them the check was late, they cancelled that check, but neglected to issue a new one, so I had another wait before calling them again... and now, six working days after they said they'd send me a check I call to find out it's going to be another 3 days before the check's issued. This is not how the financial services industry works, and I will be filing a complaint with my state's dept. of commerce."

"I was told by my Banker's Life agent that I could always get the surrendable cash value if I wanted to cancel. NOT! He is no longer with the company. I am going to pursue this legally if I cannot get what I paid into it. Very unhelpful!"

"Bankers is an excellent company and tries to look out for the ederly. They can not sell insurance products to people who it is not suitable for, their underwriting will deny the application and return the premium. And we had a 30 day free look period to decide if we wanted to keep the policies we bought. We were very pleased and had our agent bring the policies back to us and answered all of the questions we thought of after the purchase but before the 30 day look started."

"I have worked for this company, and they are worst than you can imagine. They sell you an annuity, then try to get you money back or in a reasonable time, no luck. I had to have people write across their request form, Mail Overnight, Need Funds Immediately, no help. When clients call, it is always, we did not receive the mail, went to wrong dept., or some excuse, please fill out p/w again!! Remember, I helped the clients sent in the forms, I called on their behalf and still not results. It even took seven weeks to get an immediate annuity to get started. People who are complaining are not lying!!!"

"I feel bad for all those who maybe had problems with Bankers. I used to work for them and the trouble that they go thru to make sure something is right for the customer is almost beyond belief. I left to start my own business and I only have great things to say about them. In NH they are the best bunch of agents always helpful. I called mine the other day due to a missed premium problem solved 3 days later it was my fault for switching banks and not letting them know of the change. All I have to say is great Co. "

"Do not pay claims; they ask for medicare payment copies several times..mailing copies, faxing copies and telephone calls to them bring no response. Presently, they are 6 months behind in paying claims. I'm in process of gathering info for Michigan Insurance Commissioner and also considering an attorney. "

"when filing a death claim for my who died in October, i found it very disturbing that the different divisions of BankersLife do not communicate with each other. i filed the claim with the death certificate, along with the beneficuary's death certificate(my mother who died 5 years ago)now they started sending correspondence to my deceased mother, and sending letters to my father asking why he cancelled his policy. I am fed up with them. "

"My mother's long term care policy. She has been in an assisted living care facility since May, 2007, as Banker's Life and Casualty would not cover any costs for family members caring for their aging parents. It is now December, 2007, and we have not received any coverage payments. We cannot even get a return call from the agent."

"This company has always treated me well, I work with a young agent in the Mishawaka Indiana Office who has always been available for phone contact, I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants reliability, if you are one of the unfortunate who have had problems, get a new agent not a new company. As a whole this company is amazing, claim experience and proffessionalism are impressive. You should call your local Bankers office and make a change"

"I think they are paid to deny claims. They are always asking for the same information over and over again. They just had a rate increase on my parents long term care insurance. I like my agent, and not sure why they stay with a company that is obtaining a very bad reputation. This is our 5th agent, this one is a woman and does not try to push other sales on us, though the previous 5 agents did. If my health allowed it, I would switch to another company, unfortunately it does not so I can not."

"Bankers agents are always trying to sell smething else .Regarding claims.My parents paid on their LTC insurance for years 14 to be exact.paying in over 25000 in premium dollars.Recently my dad died and had outstanding claims that in the policy stated should be covered.Bankers denied the claims(which were approx. 1500 dollars).Only after an angry letter from our attorney did they pay.Needless to say after attorney costs and calls to bankers by the attorney my parent got 0."

"We are very impressed with our agent. She is very knowledgable, and comes back to review our plans with us every year. We have refferred her to many of our freinds who were paying too much for their insurance with AArp. We never use a 1-800 number because we have our agents cell phone number and she always calls us back within a day.I feel bad for those folks who had a bad experience, they should call and get a new agent not a new company."

"This Company is not user friendly. To just talk on the phone to a knowledgable is a real hastle. After 45 minutes I gave up. First a caller has to select the purpose of his/her call from a set of numbers only to be requested to select another number. Then the caller must wait. When (ten minutes later) someone does answer, they take all of the personal information only to tell the caller that they will transfer you to someone who can answer you questions. Now the caller must wait another 10 minutes plus. At this point the caller gets disconnected and the frustrated caller gets to start all over again. The caller at this point wonders why he/she ever signed up with Bankers Life and Casualty Company. No wonder this company is not in the top 20. From my experience with other insurance companies, I would probably put his company in the bottom twenty."

"They really put you through the ringer to say the least, they do not pay well at all on Home Health Care claims and are alwyas raising their premiums and then try to cancel the policy!!!! What a chore that is, they will take your money but fight you on claims al the time. They act like they don't have themoney to pay the claims, or just don't want to."

"Having a professional agent makes it easy to get our claims paid. My parents saved a ton of money on their Medicare Supplement when I did some research and switched them to Bankers."

"**** Let's qualify the NO******** ***** When my father became seriously ill , my 80 year old mother needed help in explaining their services and how to file a claim - she did not know how so requested assistance from Bankers Life and Casualty a company my Dad has been paying into since 1999. Bankers Life sent agents to assist her, instead they tried to hard sell her with additional plans to better cover my mother. They did not in any way offer support, services or assistance in describing what they did cover.... only gave a hard sell on more services. Our impression is that they are very bonus driven and do not care very much for their customers......I hope this is not true, but so far, they have not been in contact with her - even though they said they would. I would not recommend this plan to an elderly're better able to battle an oily snake.... "
