"My father took an Assisted Living Policy out in the 70's for he and my mom. He passed in 1996. At age 94 mom went to Assisted Living. Following the 90 day elimination period, they paid every month for 7 months from October 1 2019 to April 30 2020. Suddenly May 1 she would no longer be covered because she no longer met their criteria. She suffers from AFIB, congestive heart failure, stage 3 kidney disease, recurrent UTI's, has cognitive impairment to mention a few. What, at age 95 you are suddenly cured No way, things just progress worse. DO NOT use this company, they are rich off all the money poor people have paid in good faith. Premiums have skyrocketed over the years."

"LTC insurance increased from 3500 to over 7000 which is ridiculous. Wish I never started with CNA know trapped into their payment scheme"

"I filed a claim for long term care for my mother. I am having the same issues that others have stated. Faxes they have not received and then being told that they need more information I would talk to the doctors office and the facility she has moved into and they and they both stated they have sent the information multiple times. I was told what my mother needed to have assistance with 3 things. I have stated those. And now they tell me that having her meds set up does not qualify she is legally blind and having her legs wrap for lymphodema. She cant do these things herself. I am very frustrated and angry."

"CNA Long Term Health Insurance is just a bunch of scumbag crooks. My husband has had this insurance for over 30 years. He is not able to walk, bathe, use the bathroom or eat by himself. I have been arguing with them for 6 months and have yet to see one penny. They owe us thousands of dollars for his care at a skilled nursing facility. Those people should burn in hell. They give you one excuse after another why they can't send the money. Forms that they say have not been filled out yet, faxes they claim they don't have and every day they just blow you off when you have sent the proper forms day after day I hope they all have a loved one who gets screwed just like we have."
