"I was able to get CNA to pay as long as my mother was in a nursing home. What nobody ever tells you as that once your parent gets past a certain stage in their dementia, facilities dont want to deal with them anymore. Memory care Ha No such thing. At that point you either drug your parent into a zombie or you take them home to your house with 24 hour a day care. Prior to this we were paying for the facility as well as 24 hr a day sitters because the facility would not properly care for her. The facility did nothing other than to put a roof over her head, cook her meals and call my sister everyday griping about her. They were disrespectful and rude to her, and only came in the room to push the button to prove they had checked on her. Her home nurses treat her with love and respect, they tend to her bed sores, change her nasty diapers, sing to her, pray for her and feed her like a baby. And yet this company that was reimbursing me 210 per day for the facility will only pay 102.50 for round the clock home care. You see, these idiots consider home care to be a DECREASED in care. As if someone in stage 5 Alzheimers needs less care Only in the sense that you no longer have to argue with them or try to reason with them. But its like having a 100 lb infant to care for. It costs us 3000-5000 per week depending on the circumstances. We pay more sometimes to keep the caregivers we trust overtime. They are worth every penny and there is a special place in heaven for them. There is also a special place in hell for the folks at CNA who make such stupid decisions. I wish them all a slow and miserable death from this cruel merciless disease"

"My father has a Long Term Care policy with CNA that he purchased in the 90s. When the time came to use the policy, CNA was very easy to deal with from my experience. They pay promptly every month and have been easy to reach on the phone whenever I've had a question or moved my father to a different care facility. I'm sorry to read all of the trouble that other people have described here...but to be honest...they have never caused me even a moment of grief or given me any problem with payment- providing the required ultra short form is properly filled out each month and submitted as they request by the facility where my father resides."

"Do not deal with this Long Term Health Company. Parents purchased this policy 20 years ago and paid premiums in good faith that they would be able to claim when the time came. Well my mom is 91 and we filed a claim for assisted living. CNA has flat out lied about the claim, puts roadblocks up in every avenue. How can a business this size not get faxes, emails or postal deliveries Tried for two months to get paperwork to them to start claim but gee.....they never got it. Funny though, on one phone call the woman told me that they only received 4 pages of 16 faxed. Seems odd that a business this size would not contact sender that the fax did not come through...right I finally had to send it certified with signature required. I tried to set up direct deposit. Person on phone said just send deposit slip with account numbers written on it. Ok that is what I did. When time came to get the check, they said they had to mail it because they could not accept my written documentation. One check received via mail. Next check....issued 26. Cant direct deposit even though I sent cancelled check from another account as directed. Takes 30 days to set up direct deposit. Said it take 10 days to send via mail, another one told me 14 days. I have no check yet and this is March 1. I asked about re-issuing the check and they said it would be 5 days to reissue and another 10-14 business days to get the check. I need to pay the assisted living bill NOW. Can you say elder robbery This should not be allowed."

"CNA changed my payment date and did not inform me of the semi-annul payment and I missed the unknown date and sent it on the annual date due. They were about to cancel the policy and after threatening a law suit they reinstated my yearly due date. From their reviews, you would not want to have insurance with this company. Luckily I am in good health and will probably not have to file a claim. They also told me it would take 3 weeks to get an updated copy of my policy - it was unnerving to say the least"

"My premiums have gone up and up for my Long Term Care Insurance. In December I received notice that my premium would increase by 24% for 2019, another 24% in 2020. and another 24% in 2021. Last year I had to change my coverage so I could continue to afford the insurance. Now, I'm being forced to change my Facility Benefit Period from unlimited to 5 years so I can continue to pay. I live alone so I feel that I really need this insurance."

"I've had Long Term Care Ins. with CNA for at least 12yrs. Since Dec. 2016, my rates have now doubled for my wife and I. I said doubled in two years. For the policy's we have, the yearly payment made in Dec. 2016 was 1500, for Dec. 2018, it is now 3000. With no promise of not having future increases. When I took out these policy's while working for the railroad, my understanding that the rate would remain stable. I'm retired, and as soon as I turned 65, I had a 70% increase, and another increase this year. After reading other comments, and there being a class action suit My 3000 billing 5 days before Christmas, due Jan. 1st will now go unpaid. I'll take my chances. I'll buy a new front door with matching screen door instead."

"I have CNA long term care insurance. They are making very large premium increases for existing coverage and are offering increased coverage as they are required to do only at an enormous increase 250 a day for 1106 annually, 304 for 1856. Calling them about it reaches some kind of phone center with no authority to do anything, people with authority are not available, and supervisors are not available. There is a class action lawsuit against them, well deserved, and all the reviews say they do not pay claims easily. If I could go elsewhere, I would."

"The business model for CNA appears to depend on barriers that prevent communication between claims agents and document processing in order to intentionally slow the claim process in hopes you give up. My parents nursing home faxed required documents 5 times. Each time CNA claims they did not receive them even though they were sent to the same fax number CNA used to request the documents. Without these documents, no payments will be made. The claims agent has no authority or ability to confirm requests or receipt of documents. This is part of the business model that allows them to claim ignorance while reassuring you that all processes are moving smoothly. Agents refuse to escalate your phone call to a supervisor and have admitted there isnt one available but they can certainly pass your number along to have them call. After two separate requests, the supervisior NEVER called. Ive started informing the claims agents of the class action lawsuits 2018 against CNA for fraudulently raising premiums so they know what kind of company they are working for. I also inform them that by taking a paycheck from CNA and reading the scripts that work to delay the claims process they are participating in corporate fraud. CNA is counting on elderly people who are unable to advocate for themselves to drop the claims process. We are hiring a lawyer."

"Just like every other CNA review, LTC premiums doubled and doubled again. 3 months to even get the information and then a denial of a CHANGE to the policy to reduce benefits. Company is incompetent, lying, and full of FUD fear, uncertainty and deception. DON'T USE CNA FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL THANK THE WORLD FOR NOT DEALING WITH THESE BLOODSUCKERS."

"Handling my mother's and father's long term care via the CNA policies which were purchased and paid upon regularly for over 30 years. We had to hire a lawyer to get them to pay and continually ask if they have what they need to pay since there is not feedback loop from them. Emails are answered via a letter to my parent's home they are not there now, you can't get them to change this even when you're on the account and have power of attorney. I've been 'scolded' by the CNA because I'm upsetting them. CNA sent a fax to the wrong facility without all the pages to be filled out by the manager to understand if mother still has dementia. Folks at CNA, Dementia doesn't have a cure at the moment. WHY are you wasting time and money on this I only hope they stay in business long enough to recoup the money my folks put into it."

"I signed up with this insurance with my employer, so I have been paying for over 10 years now. While I was with my employer I did not experience any increase. Now that I retired in 2015 , the increase was 2x already. I am reading the bad reviews about CNA. CNA is also being sued due to the current increase this Sept 1, 2018. I am now 69 years old. I dont really know what to do."

"DO NOT USE CNA Have had LTC thru CNA for many years. I'm about 60 and just in the past few years my rates went from 710 to 1328 When I called, no explanation, other than they are allowed by law. She said I SHOULD HAVE checked a box that would limit rate increases. Someone should have told me that when I signed the Policy I'm currently looking for another insurer and am urging everyone not to get ripped off by CNA."

"My parents have had 21 years of Long Term Care insurance with CNA. Their premiums were raised at a crazy rate. My parents are in their late 80s, are fully mentally capable but need a bit of extra time to process things when spoken to. They called CNA on 3 occasions to ask questions about their policy and to ask a few questions. They were bullied by the operators and belittled because they my parents couldn't understand how they were presenting their information. I called them myself on behalf of my parents and I too couldn't understand them I have a Masters degree too. Very poor customer service. You get better customer service at McDonalds. DO NOT purchase any type of insurance through CNA"

"I handle my mother's long-term care policy issues with CNA. She recently had to permanently transition to a nursing home and we filed a claim. All dealings I've had with them have been professional. They've been responsive. The claim was approved quickly. They allowed me to do a direct-deposit form via email against their rules if I would follow up by mailing a paper form too. They paid quickly. Their rules are reasonable. I've had a good experience on her behalf. They did just send a letter offering more coverage and for much more money, but that is moot as once you start collecting benefits you stop paying premiums. Healthcare costs continue to climb, so increasing rates should be no surprise to anyone. Best of luck."

"My father has Long Term Care Insurance through CNA. He signed up for the coverage when he was in his mid 60's. Now, he is in his mid 80's and is suffering Parkinson's and related Dementia. I have had no issues with CNA paying any submitted claims by his Memory Care facility. As long as the monthly form is submitted properly with required documentation which is minimal they send payment promptly, each month. Payment is made 1 month behind current month though, which is clearly stated in the policy. All phone conversations I have had with their reps have been executed easily and to my understanding before hanging-up. I only wish they had phone operators on duty later than 5p Central time. So far, very satisfied."

"I joined this insurance company as a work benefit, with a fixed premium. Fortunately, I'm still healthy. Recently, like everyone here, CNA began jacking up the rates in a fashion reminiscent of PharmaBro. I guess they are the new InsuraBro. Until they are audited, punished, and properly regulated, stay away."

"The long term care service is abysmal. A person on hospice needs to be evaluated by them and they have 45 days to determine whether increased service is necessary. Go somewhere else for your coverage. I received no empathy, was told they have 45 days and there is no way to speed up the process. Apparently if you wait long enough, the person dies and they never need to spend the money they promised to provide."

"I have a very sick husband who has a debilitating illness which continues to get worse-poor balance, difficulty speaking and had a feeding tube because of lack of ability to swallow, very weak and extreme fatigue. He also has diabetes and atril fibrillation. He needs help bathing, with his insulin injections, with the feeding tube, cannot walk without assistance. He spent the month of March in the hospital with pneumonia which seemed to cause his ataxia symptoms to become worse. For a period of time, he could not talk. He cannot breathe if he tries to sleep in the bed, so spends his time in a chair. I am totally exhausted from taking care of him. He will NOT be getting better. Our claim was denied. We have been paying for this insurance since 2001. The most dishonest, disappointing company I have ever dealt with."

"I purchased long term care thru CNA age 40 and was told my rate would always be held based on buying at such a young age. I've paid 110qtrly since the late 90's. Now that I'm nearing retirement age I receive a letter stating that my rate will increase to 280mo based on the laws in the state where my previous employer resides when I purchased the policy. When I called Customer Service I received a scripted response. Unfortunately I do not have my original policy. It, along with all of my documentation I was provided when I purchased the policy, was destroyed in a house fire. Additionally, the company I worked for whrpen I purchased the policy merged with another large corporation and no one has these records...or so they say."

"I have filed a claim for my husband who has ataxia, diabetes, heart disease, tube in stomach, continual difficulty breathing and spent the month of March 2017 in the hospital. I have literally done CNA's work for them when they sent threatening letters that they would stop the claim if the doctors and hospitals didn't send them information. In some cases, I collected and personally paid to fax pages and pages about his condition to them. I have been caring for him constantly since he has been home since the end of March. They made a decision to not help us and didn't even bother to tell us in writing or by a phone call. I feed him 4 timesday with the tube, he has diabetes injections, needs assistance to get a shower, always uses a walker to get to the bathroom, I hire help to get him to doctors appointments. He has difficulty speaking as well as swallowing. He is a very sick man. I finally found out we have been denied coverage when I called and asked. They didn't have the decency to call me them selves. We have been making payments to this company for both of us since 2001 and are desperate for help. I asked why they didn't just put someone on a plane and fly them down to check out our situation if they didn't believe me. I am totally exhausted and disgusted with CNA. A totally dishonest company. They do not care and have zero compassion for the people who have faithfully paid for coverage over these many years. Type of coverage, a joke to use this word is Long Term Care. I used someone once with their approval and sent the bill in 4 or 5 times for 54.00 and they have never paid that despite my pleas. This is the worst company ever."

"I filed a legitimate long term care claim for my 87 year old mother who can no longer stand or walk and has dementia. CNA representatives, who were lovely to deal with when I was making payments to them, became rude and uncaring once they figured out that they had to pay the claim. They have made the process as onerous as possible and delayed reimbursement at every opportunity. When they failed to send out the reimbursement check to cover my mother's expenses this month, they acknowledged that someone in their office failed to scan in my documentation. No apology, no guarantee that the check would be sent out in a timely manner. My only hope is that my mother lives to be 110 and breaks the company's bank so that they can't put other senior citizens and their families through the grief they have put me through."

"This is one of the most disorganized and unhelpful companies I have ever dealt with. They are months behind in posting premiums to my account which are deducted from my paycheck. I called January 30, 2017 to get a 2016 statement for my tax accountant to file with the state. was told it would be expedited,a nd I would see within 10 to 15 business days. Called today to inquire on status, was told it has not yet been processed, and no idea of when it will be done. Customer service reps are not interested in solving problems, only passing the buck. Requested phone call a year ago from the senior manager, still waiting. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. For the premiums I paid, the ROI is practically nil. DO NOT buy long tern care from this company."

"CNA is my long term insurance provider for over 10 years. They increased their rates dramatically. I asked for a reduction in benefit to reduce my monthly premium. They refused to send me an adjusted bill and sent me a bill for the old benefit. I want back and forth with them for months never receiving anything in writing. I called and was told my policy had been terminated but if I send in the quarters premium it would be reinstated. This was all verbally...received nothing in the mail. Then they told me in order to have it re-instated I had to send another quarter premium for the original benefit. I sent the check in and they are holding it because they say my policy has been cancelled even though the cashed my check for the last quarter of 2016. The service reps I speak to go through the same spiel every time I call. I have spoken to at least a half a dozen AND NOTHING HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. I've I had not invested tens of thousands of dollars in the policy I would tell them to go stuff it. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs."

"I purchased a Long Term Insurance policy from CNA Underwritten by Continental Casualty Co. in 2003, when I was 48 years old. The company was recommended, by my Union, as a group policy holder International Union of Operating Engineers. CNA has automatically collected more than 11,000 from my checking account over the past 13 years, and I have just received a letter saying my monthly premium will increase by 95.5 in two steps, over the next 12 months. The letter also states It is possible more increases may be needed beyond that described in this letter. I believed I was being a responsible American when I began this policy, to spare a possible future burden on my family. I am now just 61 years old, expecting to live an average life expectancy in the US. The average life expectancy for my age, sex and race has increase by 1 year and 2 months over this same 13 year period How can a 95.5 premium increase be justified I want my money back... every single dime of the over 11,000 that has been stolen from me, under false pretenses and promises. How can that happen"

"As others have commented, I too received the 95.5 premium increase over 2 years with the first years' increase of 70. I emailed the company asking over the next 5 years what are their expectations towards increases. No reply. I am investigating other LTC policies from reputable companies. I suspect because I am at 65yo a health exam is required and premiums will be high, but higher than CNA I reviewed CNAs preference as an insurer using comments from other CNA policy holders. These evaluations are grouped by states. Comments in a great majority of states are over 80 of insures are very dissatisfied with CNAs claim responses or general customer service. Look for yourself at httpsinsurance.freeadvice.comreviewsindex.htm I suggest everyone contact your state's Insurance Commissioner and voice your concern with this company. Doing this will alert the commissioner upon reviewing the next premium increase about the company's performance and based on current reviews this should raise a red flag. Good luck to everyone"

"Have had long term insurance from these people, I say people because that is who is in charge, for at least 10 years. Now that I am 62 years old and retired I get a letter from them saying my rates are going up almost 40 and according to them there's going to be another increase coming soon. That's one or two big increase. I got this notice 6 day's ago, not much notice,l will get one paycheck till I need to pay these greedy people. Some big wig person knows knows that a lot of people who have paid premiums for years will not renew the policy because of this increase. The people who decided this are downright thieves. "My wife and I bought CNA Long Term Insurance policies about three years ago. We just received letters that our premiums are being raised 95.5 This is not a typo. They are going up 70 as of Jan 1, 2017 and another 15 Jan 1, 2018, compounding to the equivalent of 95.5. This is shocking, to say the least. How can I possibly stick with this company when they think it's acceptable to commit what feels like robbery. I imagine this is their goal--for people like me to dump the policy so that they can pocket the money we have paid in thus far. It should be illegal. It is certainly unethical, and very troubling that it is not flat out illegal. I understand rate increases, but this is out of bounds on every level.I hope CNA reconsiders and provides better solutions they have provided options for people who will notcannot pay what is essentially a doubled premium, but the options are not appropriate or adequate and should be modified."

"Bought this policy 11 years ago as a group policy through work. They have faithfully collected my premiums. Last month my premiums went up significantly. I thought this was an error as I purchased a plan that was not supposed to escalate premiums- this was at a greater cost than the one with annual increases. I was told they were raising rates 95 in 2 year step and that they had sent a letter the previous month. They had not as I never got it and the bills certainly get here so they have my address. Anyway. They changed administrators a few years back and since that change I have not received an annual statement of benefits. I requested one on 101716 and as of this date 11316 still do not have it. I have called 3 times since the first request, was told today it was mailed yesterday. I understand that they may need to raise rates as they are probably getting many claims now as the age of the persons with their policy has reached the age they are claiming benefits but my gut is telling me I will never see any of the 1000'S of dollars I have paid them as they will become insolvent over the next few years. However the people in member services have all been very nice"

"My premiums are automatically deducted from a checking account. I have been trying for 4 months to get a new form mailed to me, in order to change financial institutions. They continue to tell me that the form has been mailed, yet nothing arrives. They have steadfastly refused to e-mail me the form, insisting it is a security issue, but they can fax it to me. Today I discovered that I have received nothing from them Since April of 2014. Today, while speaking to a supervisor, I was told they would e-mail me the form. However, when asking when I should expect to see it, I was told my phone call was breaking up and I was disconnected. Four hours later, still no e-mail."

"These incompetents are a bunch of greedy thieves. After taking my and my wife's long term care premiums for 14 years they decide they cannot pay future claims and not as many people as expected dropped coverage, so they are increasing our premium 95. When we signed up they bragged that being that the premiums were based on age and that they could project what their costs would be we could expect level premiums for the life of the policy. This is disgusting and abusive of seniors. Now that they have 14 years of our money they will make the policy unaffordable as we reach our mid sixties. One of their subsidiaries Continental Casualty, manages the policy now. This abuse is equivalent to the epipen situation. These greedy incompetents care nothing about their customers only their bottom line and golden parachutes. I cannot believe their is no regulations to protect seniors from this abuse. Even the department of banking and insurance in NJ indicated they do not regulate group LTC insurers. This is robbery and the leaders of this company should be ashamed. I can only wish a squeeze play like this happens to them and their families in a time of need. Just look on the Internet and you will see they are also lax and abusive in paying claims. Do not go near this company. I pray for a class action law suit."

"Raising the premium rates 85percent in two years is outrageous. My wife and I took out these long term care policies in 2000 with the understanding that our premiums would stay stable and to keep the burden off of our children. Whoever has taken on the CNA Long term task of evaluating an 85 percent increase, over 2 years, and has a free reign over more increases, should reevaluate their processes."

"I have had long term care insurance since 2003 and never filed a claim. I was told at the time I enrolled that my premiums would remain level for my life. Now I get a notice of a 95 premium increase. How unethical They took my money since 2003 and now that I turn 66 they double my premium in hope that I will cancel my insurance. This should be illegal"

"Do not purchase LTC insurance from CNA. They are only good at wearing their clients down so that they do not have to provide the benefits their clients paid greatly for. They are an immoral company with no conscience. My mother - in - law is 86 and has paid into this for over 2 decades. CNA rejects claims over and over citing new problems each time. This has put an enormous stress on our family while we our struggling with the care of our aging mom who trusted CNA to provide the benefits she paid for. I hope there is some kind of oversight organization that will look in to the deceptive practices of this company so that other families do not have to endure this pain . CNA is a company that preys on the elderly."

This has been at least 24 years ago and now that I have presented a claim at age 81 I can get no definite answer..yes or no....just keep sending me letters quoting the policy. I am very dissatisfied with this Company and their Claims Department. I was a Claims person myself for a number of years and Customer Service was always at the top of the list...If you do not have a policy with this company please do not if you think you will ever be sick..disabled or need to make a claim....."

"CNA LTC is no longer written as of 2004 but of course still bill and accept payments for policies written before then. Therefore, if you have a claim they will and are using every stall tactic in the world to refuse to pay the claim. I have worked many years in the insurance industry and it is a disgrace how this company handles and denies claims."

"I have been with Cigna for almost a year, obviously time to renew. I take 10mg of a blood pressure medication "Amlodipina" It's very common, lower category 10mg. When I applied for my original policy, it wasn't an issue.>I paid $1,561.00 a month for my premium. I have never had a claim. I submitted my application to renew and the following was my response>>HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE HYPERTENSION and any associated or related conditions or symptoms and any complications arising therefrom.>>I'm a US citizen living in Mexico, I was also told they had an entire network of Doctors that would be added to my website. Three months after arrival when I wanted to get a physical, my US home city list of Physicians still occupied the page. After countless e-mails and phone calls I was informed they only had about 10 doctors in all of Mexico. Take a ride on the Cigna Health Train be sure and bring a doctor "

"No one person to speak with. I got a "new" rude person every time I called. There appears to be no communication between those that write the letters and telephone Customer Service representative. Been dealing with them for over 4 months and the only consistent response is "You will have to resubmit that in order for it to be considered." Long Term Care was sold to make things easier in the latter years. In my opinion CNA is a ripoff. I do not consider them competent nor do I believe they have any interest in servicing their customers other than cashing the check."

"My elderly mother 88 yrs has had a LTC policy with CNA for over 18 yrs faithfully paying the premium on time. After requiring assisted living earlier this year due to never fully recovering from a fall and a 3rd compression fracture in her spine we submitted our claim and were denied. We employed the help of an attorney resubmitted all the paperwork and after 3 months of review CNA needed more paperwork from the AL facility and MORE time to review it. We are now 7 months out and even our attorney can't speak with anyone other than a secretary at CNA. They won't take calls. If we file a suit they will stop reviewing our claim and we were told even if we win a suit they will tie us up in court with appeals. Meanwhile mom is worse and going broke. Thanks CNA. Nothing but a bunch of crooks robbing the elderly in their time of need. They've received nearly 50000 in premiums over the years and won't pay out the 3000 a month promised in their policy. AND BEWARE of the incredibly vague wording in their policy on what it takes to qualify. No compassion from CNA. Yes they do hope the policy holder will die first."

"An agent made an appointment to call me at a specific time. She Missed it and left a message apologizing that she missed the time and filed that I could not be reached. She is only obligated to "try" to call me two times. Now we are dealing with a claim. During this separate issue she tried calling me once. I've been calling back and leaving messages for days and days. But oh she's just so busy. It's just evil. My mom is 98 years old. They hope the hoop she jumps through obviously is death. Just disgusting. Before this recent episode CNA made every effort to say she was not qualified to receive benefits for paying them 30 years. What a disgusting business. "

We have triggered the claim for benefits from CNA Long Term Health Coverage after 22 years of paying premiums including paying a 40% premium increase last year. We are doing this by the book and they have created a maze of contradictions hoops to jump through and downright incompetence. The worse thing about it is---they are doing it on purpose How is this industry allowed to get away with this? We plan to contact a lawyer..."

"Been working since May to activate insurance claim for my mother's in home care. They approved benefits beginning in July filed a claim in August another in September. In mid-October - no claims payment. They indicated her provider the one they called and investigated was not on their list of approved providers I provided paperwork to the tune they were one and the same company they called and approved. Still no . They refuse to communicate 'issues' they have with claims they refuse to communicate status and one must rely on calls with interminable holds in order to get a status update. Any senior who actually needs to use their long term policy with CNA beware 90% of elderly would not be able to jump thru these hoops. It is so sad to see the way they treat seniors. I intend to file a complaint with State Dept. of Insurance if I do not receive a claims payment this month."

"After paying premiums for 15 years since age 50 CNA sent me form letter on my 65th birthday announcing a 45 per cent premium increase. CNA was sued and settled for fraudulent marketing practices including low-balling premiums for new policyholders then jacking up their premiums double-digit increases. This company has no shame. They will take your premiums for years then increase your premium by 50 and hope you cancel so they can reduce their risk and rip off the next victim. Do your homework and go with a reputable provider of LTC. STAY AWAY FROM CNA"

"Reimbursement for Long Term Care is almost impossible. It takes three months of constant phone calls. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They will come up with any and every excuse to deny a legitimate claim. The most common is paper work has not been received even though you have proof that it has been. When they finally admit they have it then they will tell you it is not filled out correctly or a certain form is missing. How can the billing agency get it wrong every month??? They refuse to contact the billing agency. They will send me a rejection letter, another stall tactic. They say they process in 10-14 days, what they are really saying is they send rejection notices in 10-14 days. There should be laws against companies like CNA."

But they processed my claim slowly. Although they accepted to provide me a rental car, they only covered it for two weeks. When I asked them to extend the rental car, they only accepted to cover it for two more days. But at that time, I still did not get my check. This was very inconvenient for me. I was lucky because I was going out of country for a vacation. But what if I had to stay here? I don't wanna think about it. Later, I learned that good insurance companies are paying for the rental car even after you get your check for about two to three days more so that you have enought time to go and purchase a new car. Stay out of CNA don't do any bussiness with them. "
