"Was hospitalized and required at home assistance. My long-term care with CUNA should've covered the cost of the home care. Instead, they stalled for months until I no longer needed home care after I had gotten home care. Kept getting dodged and promised return calls to let me know the status of the claim. Five months later and no response. Their policy is evidently to stall payment until the person no longer needs the help or until they die. Makes me wonder how they will handle a claim if I need a nursing home or help facility at some point. Not sure about continuing the coverage. Costly and evidently useless."

"This company is the worse, my doctors office has been trying to provide them the information they need to process my claim. Multiple time they have told them that it was not the right documents, keeping them on hold until they had to hang up, not returning their call. Asking for information my doctor can NOT provide. If I just started seeing you on 2019 why are they asking about 2016.. This has been the worse experience of my life"

"Long term care policy is soon to double since I purchased it 23 years ago. No way to change this but hope my complete disgust will prevent someone else from using CUNA"

"Don't provide monthly statements and policy information when credit union charging double in monthly payment and added to end if monthly balance. Then changed terms and conditions without my permission or contacting me."

"I contacted Cuna to advise of my relative passing, they told me I would receive the claim forms in 7-10 days and it's been weeks, I have not received anything in the mail at this time. I don't want to be calling complaining but I just might have to."
